I ordered a dress from this site, it took much longer than the estimated amount of time to be shipped to me.
When I opened the box, there was clearly a large snag in the fabric of the dress, which had been shipped in a plastic bag. This was directly under a Quality Assurance tag. I don't know who's checking the quality of these products, but they need to have their eyes checked.
I got a credit for the dress, but not my shipping, which is terrible customer service. I don't appreciate paying $10 shipping for a product that should never have been sent to me.
