I placed an order on 12/09/15 for 3 items and paid additional money for insurance, two items came. I've sent the company multiple emails trying to get a refund for my last item and I'm told to go to the post office (did that) they don't have a record then told it may take a few more days (25) its 01/05/16 still no item and I've emailed them 2 more times with no response. I feel like I've been robbed, the items were ordered as Christmas gift for my daughter at this point Christmas has come and gone don't need/want the item, I blame myself too because I should have did research... SHOPPERS BEWARE...
