I can't speak as to the quality of their products as I never received them. I can say that their shipping costs are very high. The shipping costs for the order I never received were nearly 50% of the item costs. Given this, I did not opt to pay extra for their "highly recommended" insurance. It seemed like a bit of a shakedown. Needless to say I never received a thing, and it is company policy to only refund 50% to people who don't pay their bribe, er, I mean insurance. In the end I got a partial refund, but I still paid for nothing.
EDIT: I have been contacted letting me know that I can receive the rest of MY MONEY back after I edit my review. So here I am, editing it. I might consider editing the RATING on my review AFTER I get my own money back. I'd consider editing the review of the merchandise if I ever got it. I'd also like a pony, but I'm not gonna hold my breath. Bottom line, I shouldn't have to hold someone's feet to the fire to get good customer service. Your move, Rose Wholesale.
EDIT #2: They now say they will refund me regardless of whether I change my review. Please note that you have not seen half of what I have written to them, and it is very likely that I've just confused it out of them. However, I am upping my rating for the service portion only. Caveat emptor remains my recommendation, but it *is* possible to get a refund out of them, if only by being excessively wordy.
EDIT #3: I had forgotten about this until SiteJabber emailed me to reply to someone else's tale of woe. I would like to note that I NEVER received the second half of the refund I was promised.
