I put in an order, then get an email saying they cancelled it because they thought it was fraud... I waste my time. Very bad service! They don't want my money. I wish you to splurged quickly!

Thanks for commenting here on SiteJabber. I'm sorry to hear your order was canceled by our Loss Prevention department. Being an online-only company, loss prevention is very important to us since we want to protect our members. The team will sometimes reach out to a member after an order is placed in order to verify information. If they aren't able to reach you, the order can be canceled. If you'd wanted information as to why this was canceled, you could have reached out to our Loss Prevention team as stated in the email you were sent noting the cancellation.
