I originally posted a scathing review. It turns out my wife made a mistake using her Facebook account when ordering (so we didn't get a confirmation email, no tracking number and couldn't find the order number on the dhgate website. My account was debited though).
I contacted the customer service which managed to find the order made using the Facebook account (using the banking details/transaction I provided), gave us the reference number, the tracking number and the shipping date.
I had 0 expectations of a positive outcome and it looks like my product will be reaching my place in a couple of daysm
