Some things have changed since that time. Aliexpress team contacted Andy Lau and asked him to resolve my problem with broken phone. A waited 2 weeks and there was no results. I wrote to Aliexpress again and told them about this. A week later they informed me that they are considering a possibility to give me compensation. And next week I got a message, that they give me 2 coupons for purchases. The cost of coupons was 50% of the phone cost. I sold my phone for half the price as spare parts, and I got these coupons. In this way, I can say I got my money back. Thank you Aliexpress team.
I change this review for ALIEXPRESS, but ANDY LAU FRAUDSTER, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM.

I spent more than 600$ here in 6 months. I have 70 orders now. But, I bought a smartphone - Meizu MX5 here in October. The store is - http://ru.aliexpress.com/store/*******. The sellers name is Andy Lau. It was written on the page: original, NEW phone. The seller declared a warranty 12 month. A month after buying my phone was broken. The vibro motor stopped to work. Two weeks later my phone started turn off independently. I wrote to the seller. At first he suggested me to upload software. At second time he suggested me to send the phone in China for repairing, but did not give me an address. Then he never answered my letters. I sent my phone to the service center in Kiev, there are no service centers for Meizu in my own city. They opened the phone and sent me a photo, you can see it on the link: https :// dl. A protective shield was stabbed with a knife; work was carried out of the plant. I know 4 different people! From http://4pda.ru/forum; They have the same problem with Andy Lay. He is a fraudster, sells restored phones as new. But worst of all Aliexpress support cant help me (!). I send letters to them every week. But all that they can do - is to tell me that they will write to the seller, so he would answer me and would resolve my problem. But he never answers me.
