Needed a replacement tire
I ordered a Fitbit from one of their providers for my wife this past Christmas. She was excited to receive it. However, after following the instructions to activate the device, it did not work. I contacted dhgate to obtain a replacement or refund, followed their procedure and was denied. Now I am out the money and have a Fitbit that doesn't work. Don't buy from these people. You're stuck with what you get... working or not!

I fully understand the issue you have raised to us about what happened with your order here at our website. I know why you feel frustrated about this. I also checked it here on our records and it seems that you did filed a case for this complain however it was closed last 2016-01-09 cause you were not able to provide supporting valid evidences for this claim according t the After-sale analyst who was handling your case. The analyst sent an email to your DHgate inbox last 2016-01-05 to inform you that the photo evidence you uploaded was not enough and they suggested that you try to make a video that will show the complain you have for the smart watch you received. Since you did not respond and did not provide the needed video, your case was closed! You have the option now to please try and make an appeal for this case. All you need to do is to please send an email directly to our After-sale team. Send your email to evidence@dhgate.com and attach there your Video evidence please, your order number and your reason for appeal. That way your case will be re-investigated and handle by us again.
