I have used this company previously and always seemed ok although not as many hits as Bitly indicates. Last time I have received no hits and no confirmation email. Have emailed them twice but still waiting for a reply. Not sure they even check email as long as the money keeps coming in. Can't trust them.

Of all the programs I have purchased from this bunch, only one has been truely good. The rest are hit and miss. Codecanyon does not give refunds - they keep them as credit and if it's less than $20 it can't be used to buy another program. Stay away from this lot - they hide behind their web site with no contact number at all.
Much of the crap they sell is out of date and will not run on the latest machines. After sales service would have to be the worst I have ever come across.
Just stay away and save your money for someone who supplies a time limited full program for tryout on your machine.

One can never contact CodeCanyon. They do not want to know you. App developers who actually help are scarce. Did have a couple who were genuine and solved the problems. Most of the others are less than interested in helping - only to take your money. I will not buy from them again. I currently have a credit of $6 but can't use it because their minimum is $20 - this is just stealing my money as far as I am concerned.
It's a pity the owners of CodeCanyon hide behind closed doors - what are they afraid of.
Also there are too many apps that are so old they will not work on current computers.
Take care with this lot. I am beginning to agree with others here that this site is sadly becoming one big scam.

I have been a customer of PHPjabbers.com since 2007 and have always had great after sales service ever since that time. The scripts are excellent and very intuitive to use. Any problems I have ever had have been fixed within 24 hours. If all the companies I deal with were like this one I would have no complaints.
These guys and continually on the ball and update scripts taking into account suggestions from their clients.
I have just purchased their Newsletter script - how easy is this to use. Importing clients is a breeze and setting up your newsletters couldn't be easier. Also a very simple process to limit the number of newsletters per hour so as not to upset your ISP. Great script and so cheap.
