So I was mentioned this website in my e. L. f confirmation email for my order. I knew this website was too good to be true so I read almost everything on the site even the terms and conditions and did not see any indication of a charge for this website. Well long story short I realized there was $12 (with change) missing from my bank account, I got notified it was this website and I called them up and they gave me my money back.
Piece of advice to freeshipping.com: There's no point adding a "clearly unwritten catch" if you're going to refund the money anyway. You're probably not even making any money. Just end this silly business of yours.

Sorry for any confusion. When you first registered, to the right of where you entered your credit card numbers, was the offer outline that said if you do not cancel by the end of the trial period you would be charged a monthly fee of $12.97. Additionally, you would have also seen this in outlined in the Welcome Email that was sent to you.
