I have Bought a new Modem from them and Some how when it arrived i moved to another location and didnt test after few months i thought of checking it and it didnt even turned on...
Checking with them is no help as they said we cant change... They are not the right place toi buy. I am planning to check with Amazon why they have such vendors who sells faulty equipment on the name of Amazon.
Please avoid woot there are many other better and reliable sellers.
