I had worst experience with this. I am living in Netherlands and I ordered some bulbs from this website. (order number *******). See the sequence of events which happened.
1. I ordered free shipping way. But when it was delivered to me after 20 days I had to pay custom duty by cash to PostNL.
2. Surprisingly I didn't get the product I ordered. I reported this issue to website and also asked them to pay me the duty cost.
3. they responded and paid me the duty cost in my account and also apologized for mistake and re-ordered the same shipment. SO FAR SO good
4. After another 20 days I got the bulbs again I need to pay duty cost to PostNL even worse I got the wrong product again.
5. worst part starts now
A. This time they are not paying me the duty cost.
B. I asked them to refund my money. They are refusing me to pay refund instead they are requesting me to give bonus credit to buy something else.
2 month lost already.
6. I told them its not my mistake that you are not delivering me correct product. But they don't care about it.
I am really disappointed the way they are handling this case. I urge all the customers who are living in Europe to be careful while ordering something from this site as it could be possible that you wont get the product you see on website.
