I ordered food from Grughub... i placed an order and paid with my credit card. I placed my order at 6:50pm. Delivery was for 7:50pm. Thats cool. Me and my family patietly wait.At 7:45... I received a text message stating that my order was cancelled due to no driver at Zesty Mexican Bar and Grill in Richmond, Tx.So I call customer service and spoke with Matt Foreman who did not help me at all.He told me that this happens all the time.So dont order thought Grubhub.com... So he gave me $10dollars in grubhub bucks that i will never use because i will NEVER order through them again.And he also told me that my money $45.31 would be back in my account in 3 to five days. I explained to him that this was totally their fault and that they show compensate me and my family for our inconvenience. He said"I gave u $10dollars with is well over the amount we give other customers."... Really! So i asked for him supervisor or anybody who could fix my problem... he then told me that there was absolutely. NO ONE OVER HIM.So then he puts Carol on the phone who refused to give me her last name. She said it was against policy... keep in mind i have just spoke with Matt FOREMAN... her superior, on the phone beforehand. She mocked me as if it was a joke and told me the same thing he said.So pretty much... i order... i waited... i was canceled... waiting for my credit card refund 3 to 5 day... was treated with no respect by Matt Foreman and Carol (refused to give last name)... and had to find dinner elsewhere. People dont waste your time ordering through Grubhub.com... you may or may not recieve your food.And I have an ECE student who goes to bed at 8 that was waiting on her dinner that never got here.So we ended up eating fast food. Someone should be held responsible for this and customer service should of been more sympathetic being that it was there mess up for not communicating with Zesty Mexican Bar and Grill. I eat out 5 nights a week and Grubhub.com and Zesty Mexican Bar and Grill will not get any of my business and i will let everyone in my surrounding area know.If anyone over corporate office see this please contact me. Customer service refused to give me any information.

Tip for consumers:
Do Not use this site.You may or maynot recieve your food and they will debit your card and make YOU wait over their mistakes.I understand mistake but why am i penalized for it.Sad!!!
