I used this site for a quick template resume builder and it was just that. I even spent the couple dollars to have access to download the resumes to my computer after I was all finished. I was not aware that after making that purchase I would be set-up in an automatic subscription renewal and would be charged $39.80 without any notice. I woke up this morning to check my bank account and see I was charged $39.80 for a livecareer subscription and said "OH NO YOU DIDN'T" and went on the livecareer site immediately and cancelled my subscription. However, that does not mean I will be automatically refunded my money, so I emailed and also chatted live with customer service and had to make a very big fuss over it. I just received a confirmation email that my refund should be here in a few days. We'll see. Either way, I'm very disappointed with this website. Especially for taking so much money from my account without any notice. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. We explain that the subscription is auto-renewing. We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.
Our record shows that a full refund of $39.80 has been processed today. You'll see it on your bank statement within 2-3 business days.
