“Terrible Experience”

I booked a room through priceline... Not only did they put me in a poor area... The hotel had a deposit double the price of my reservation, and it's a 1 star. I called customer service to see what can be done, Nothing... They apologize and basically said my Priceline deal is final and no refund... I couldn't get a different hotel or anything... To many site to just take the shame Priceline has...
