I must admit that Fandango as a company has it's faults, yes. However, SEVERAL of you here complain and complain about the company robbing you of money when the issue was yours to begin with! I don't know about the rest of you, but before I ever complete a purchase online, I review every single detail about my purchase as well as the policy. I don't see what is so hard for you people to simply just read. I am sure that is what you all went to school for. With that being said.
