Let's begin by letting you know that I had high hopes for getting affordable contacts through this site. Okay, I ordered almost 90 dollars total of merchandise added together on different occasions. Each occasion the company did not send me my packages and then wanted to charge me another 12 dollars for shipping to resend to the same address where I get regular mail and packages. So I asked to cancel my next order where they would charge me 3 dollars to cancel. Why...? So I am short 90 dollars because they said they cannon resell my contacts, yet refuse to resend without charging me more money. And it was at this point that i had given up. Their customer service is a complete joke. I email back and forth and with each reasonable email I sent a more condescending reply I received. So ladies and gentlemen please hear my warning and do not purchase anything or even assume these people will to the right thing. Please shop elsewhere.

I bought a sweater and a head band and the site said free next day shipping. Its been almost two months now and still nothing! I have to give presents late and it sucks because I can't even find out where my packages are. Its so terrible. I can't track my order and no one gets back to me at all! Ridiculous!
