Hands down the most horrible online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a pair of Gucci sunglasses on April 28th and it is now May 27th and I still have not received the product I ordered. I've called periodically through these last 30 days and they have given me five different shipping dates and back order excuses. I will be calling them after this review to get my money back. The funny thing is when you call there 1 800 number they have 3 different departments you can connect with but each department has the same guy that answers. Lol.
