They stole $150 from me using there auto renewal service! Stay the hell away from this $#*!. I gave them $2.50 to print off one resume with my credit card which turned into $150 from auto renewal services. After calling customer service to get a refund they decided they would rather be thiefs and keep the $. STAY THE HELL AWAY!

We state this on every page in the purchase process and we send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.
