I was so convinced that it might be a solution to my weight gain dilemma that I signed up to try the product. After putting in my info the site took me to a sign-up page to complete the order by entering my credit card info. I got the confirmation immediately and waited for the product....and waited...and waited...after 19 days it arrived in the mail. It came straight from China with an invoice written and signed in Chinese language. Hence, I had to go back in my email history to find out how to cancel. I immediately filed with my bank a dispute because I got charged right away. It was only after I spoke with a lady from my bank that I clicked on the Terms and Conditions on the bottom of their site that I found out how to return it. So now I am waiting to hear from these people. Complaints: 1. The product sample came in a small bottle; it was not the same packaging as advertised. 2. It came 19 days after order date which means in their 'Terms and Conditions' clause my 14-day trial period is over. "When you order the risk-free trial of Power Cleanse your credit card will be charged only $5.95 shipping and handling. You will have a full 14 day free trial period from your original order date to decide if Power Cleanse is right for you. If you are enjoying Power Cleanse, then do nothing, and at the end of your 14 day trial period you will be charged seventy-nine dollars and ninety five cents for the trial bottle you received." 3. I got charged $79.95 because I did not call them to cancel the before the trial period is over. 4. Difficulty with making contact with Customer Service. Recommendation: Do not for any reason buy products online from websites you are not familiar with. If you do, you must read the 'Terms and Conditions' clause and be prepared for the risk you might end up taking which is definitely loss of money and sanity. The job in question was one I was planning on attending with all good intentions in mind of producing a light show, games and prizes included which I gave a very competetive price for, as Elaine has explained the dj which covered the event for a cheaper price in the end , which she failed to mention does not cover the same as what I cover or my current dj's cover. If she asked me why I couldn't attend my van had a shot wheel bearing as every one should know the rac don't fix these problems at the roadside. I had no one else in my books to cover the job, so I asked a local dj to Fishguard, Wales if he could cover the event at a cheaper cost to the customer, which he did. As with everything in life we try our best but we cannot please everyone, last tax year Mar 08 till Mar 09 my company and my 26 other dj's have covered 215 jobs, and had 3 complaints. This year as yet we have had no complaints. Fri, 03 Jul 2009 10:55:31 -0700 http://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/www.slickcar.com Ordered a wheel for my 2000 camaro from slickcar.com on June 15th and was told it would ship "immediately". a week passed and no wheel arrived. i called slickcar.com's "customer service" and was then told that the wheel was not in stock, and they would paint one "immediately" and ship it "tonight". i called the next day asking for a tracking number, and customer service said the wheel was still being painted, no tracking number available. another week passed, and a wheel painted the wrong color arrived. i called slickcar.com customer service and they again said that they'd have to paint a wheel and it would ship "immediately". well...it's been another week and still no wheel. i called customer service and was told a tracking number would be available "tomorrow". i called the next day asking for a tracking number and was told it was not available. i asked for the manufacturer of the wheel's info and phone number, and was told that I couldn't have that information. i then asked for a supervisor to speak to, and was told that they would not allow me to speak to a supervisor, and "calling everyday asking for a tracking number is pointless". the customer service representative then threatened to cancel my order and threatened me personally. i hung up and filed a claim with pay-pal to retrieve my money.
