Dealing with Zuyob is a pleasure. When a previous order could not be filled because the manufacturer was out of stock, I received a phone call to inform me. So, I returned to do business. On my next order, I never received shipping notification, but as promised online the order appeared at my door on Day 7. The items were as described online, and I am very pleased. I will look first at Zuyob.com for future shopping.

This is a scam. Please don't order anything from them. No one will answer ever. Just goto homebacca and click the info on the bottom. You will see they are fake. Try looking at their previous name zulob.com reviews there. I am still trying to get a refund from a chair that never arrived. My card company is on them. Also they are registered through Go Daddy so call *******505 to fill a complaint

I purchased two 50 inch white TV consoles. I am extremely happy with the communication, as I emailed questions over the weekend and received fast responses. I was very impressed with the packaging when the boxes arrived within a week of ordering. There was not one missing part or damaged item. I assembled both pieces over the weekend very easily. This is quality furniture. I will definitely be ordering again and will be recommending this company.

My experience with Zuyob was Wonderful from start to finish! They delivered my stuff within three business days after I made a purchase on the internet, just as they said on their website. They have earned my favor and trust. I have now ordered more stuff from them. I am extremely pleased. I will recommend them to anyone with enthusiasm! I wish every company was this efficient!

I ordered a sectional - it was quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else on the web - and I was a bit nervous since it was not a site I had ordered from. I let them know that I had a deadline and they ensured that it was delivered right on time. I do wish they had send me tracking info earlier but it all worked out fine. The sofa is beyond my expectations - good quality. Once I reached out via email to get a tracking number - they were very responsive. I would order again. If they had provided response and expected delivery immediately, I would give them 4 stars.

I was looking at a particular TV stand which was widely available on the Internet, and Zuyob had the best price. Although price was a factor, I also went with this merchant because of the positive reviews. When I ran into a problem with the product, they took care of the issue. The communication and service were excellent. I would highly recommend this merchant and would not hesitate to use them again.

I ordered a BDI console table on a Saturday and expressed some concerns about delivery and viewing the item (glass). Paul from Zuyob immediately responded and completely put me at ease about my concerns. The follow-up, customer service and delivery via FedEx were exemplary compared to what we're all accustomed to receiving these days.

This company is the best! Really great people with attention to detail. My order was confirmed within minutes and my TV Stand was here is 3 days! I don't impress easily, but these guys sure did!

I ordered a sofa two months ago, I was told it would arrive within 2 weeks. I have left multiple voicemails (thier phones never pick up) and sent half a dozen emails. This company has the worst customer service and you are better off paying a few dollars more to go with a reputable company online. They also operate under multiple names (Zurob, HomeBacca) to hide from bad reviews online.

I was pleased with the pricing compared to other stores, the order process and the prompt delivery time. Sarah was very helpful and great followup. The delivery people were on time and professional.

Ordered a couch never received it nor would they ever answer my calls or emails. They now have two different sites one "homebacca.com" the other is "furniturehomewarehouse" they almost look identical to one another. File all reports on the better business Bureau file a report with them shut this place down.

I ordered a home theater cabinet through this site, after shopping around. I decided to order from this company after reading the many positive reviews. I had no issues with the ordering or delivery process. Very happy with my purchase and will be ordering through this site again.

Great experience from ordering through delivery and assembly! They kept us updated every step of the way, the furniture is beautiful and the price was the best I could find on the Internet.

UPDATE 2/19/15: I'm just noting that this company is now called HomeBacca.com -- but of course, they "aren't scammers" -- they just change the name frequently. I also should let you know, that I have NEVER received the refund or any additional follow-up. They are not reputable.

This company used to be zulob.com -- they are horrible. Here's a copy of my review of them before they changed their name.

UPDATE 7/16/14 -- They have changed their name to ZUYOB.COM!
UPDATE 7/16/14 -- This is likely the last update, since the website is apparently "not available". Well, I finally received a table yesterday. To start, let's just say that the box had obviously been opened and resealed. Next, when you pull the table out of the box, the first thing you notice is the damage -- scratches, glue, seams that don't align, and the best part -- yes the best part - when you turn it over to attach the legs, this table has obviously been put together before. My assessment -- they sent me a table that was previously returned as damaged merchandise. WTF is all that can be said. But beware -- you know that scammers like this will just reappear under another name.
UPDATE 7/8/14 -- Still NO response from the shady company. And guess what -- their website is gone... If they come back online -- DO NOT PURCHASE form this company.
UPDATE 7/2/14 -- Well, since I was trying to be a good consumer and work with this SCAM of a company, I have passed the 45-day mark for filing a claim with PayPal. I wish I hadn't trusted and given this company a second chance. You can see that they responded to the initial posting of my review, and claim that "We greatly appreciate your business and feedback. We look forward to hearing from you." But this is so horribly not true, I don't really know what to say. They don't respond email, they don't answer the phone, and now they don't even have to respond to PayPal.

This company is the epitome of 'caveat emptor'. It's also very interesting that they have 6 reviews, 3 of them favorable... and 2 of those were posted AFTER I started posting my experience here.

This company is a mess, don't waste your money or time.

I wish I could give this site no-stars. I have left numerous emails, and have tried to call, but they NEVER answer. And if they can't respond to email, WHY would I bother to leave a voicemail. I still have no estimate on arrival for the correct table. I have twice requested the order be cancelled, but have no acknowledgement of that either. I have opened a Issue with PayPal to get refunded.

UPDATE 6/23/14 -- well, it is now 13 days since the wrong table arrived, and NO, I repeat NO estimate on when I can expect the replacement item. I am downgrading this to 1-star. Their follow-up has been to blame that this is a drop-shipment from the manufacturer, but I didn't buy this directly from the manufacturer, so the problem should be dealt with by Zulob.

I wanted to give 1-star, but felt bad. I originally ordered a table with Zulob because their site said the item was in stock. I was not; however even after notifying me that the item was not available, the site continued to show that it was in stock. I cancelled my order, and posted a review. After which Paul contacted me, apologized for the error, and offered me 50% off to remove the negative review and order the table again; I agreed. The 'table' was finally delivered -- it is the wrong table. The descriptions on the box and manifest CLEARLY did not match, so I knew it was the wrong item without opening the box. I contacted Zulob. We are now 72 hours past my notification, and they have not yet provided me any details about shipping the correct table -- except that I will receive notification in a few days. They have, however, been able to have Fed-Ex make an attempt to pick up the incorrect table. Since they are apparently more concerned with getting the wrong table back than actually fulfilling orders correctly, I have requested that the order be cancelled again. How can a company, after KNOWING that a customer will post a negative review (having already asked me to remove one), continue to exhibit such poor customer service. If you order from Zulob, don't expect an easy transaction.

My overall experience was very good but my order is on back order so I have not received the product yet. I was informed about the back order and asked if i wished to change or cancel my order. They have been up front and prompt answering my questions.
