I ordered a king size bed frame after searching the internet and finding that zulob.com had the best price + free shipping by far. I ordered on Saturday and received the large 45 pound box by Thursday--amazingly one day before it was due. The frame is great! Easy to put assemble and very comfortable. Plus I got 10% off for being a new customer. What more could I ask?

This website is now running not only as Homebecca.com but is also furniturehomewarehouse.com. Do not purchase from this site at all costs. They said my couch was damaged in shipping and they no longer have it in stock. They said I will get a refund for it however I will continue to post about their terrible service and scams until they refund my money completely.

This website is now running not only as Homebecca.com but is also furniturehomewarehouse.com. Do not purchase from this site at all costs. They said my couch was damaged in shipping and they no longer have it in stock. They said I will get a refund for it however I will continue to post about their terrible service and scams until they refund my money completely.

I ordered a king size bed frame after searching the internet and finding that zulob.com had the best price + free shipping by far. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a shoe cabinet! I am experiencing extremely poor (OR LACK THERE OF) customer service from Zulob. I have called and emailed them several time in regards to my order and have not been able to talk to a single person. My order has said awaiting fulfillment for weeks now without any update. Really crappy business if you could even call them that- SCAM and HUGE waste of time.

I have bought more than 5 items from Zulob.com in less than 3 months. Every experience has been a very positive one. The items have been quality and exactly as shown in preview of item. The prices are more than competitive compared to other sellers. Their customer service is great compared to any other merchants. They are definitely willing to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

I ordered a wall clock from Zulob. My credit card was immediately charged and I received an order confirmation. Well, after 12 days, I finally received my wall clock today but it is malfunctioning. I contacted the phone number on the packing slip and those people were no help as they were not the ones I purchased the clock from. So, I reviewed my credit card charge and found Zulob's name and location. Found the website and when you call the toll free number you never speak to a real live person... just given the option to leave a voice message (and hope someone calls you back.)

So from my experience, it looks like you order from Zulob but receive the products from someplace completely different.

Good luck trying to reach a live person from Zulob. It looks like I purchased a malfunctioning wall clock. I'll never order from this place again.

I bought a crib for my new born baby girl and I was totally pleased when it arrived, it came to us looking exactly the way we saw it Zulob.com. When shopping, nothing feels better than knowing that you are getting exactly what you ordered. This is a great place to shop so now I am looking for a bed for my new house."

Pretty terrible customer service. I ordered my sofa two MONTHS ago. I really don't know why I have been so patient I should have cancelled my order and gone elsewhere long ago but I feel like that is going to be such an ordeal... other sites with the same couch (Modway manufactures) said they were backordered, and zulob was not which is why I ordered from them. Apparently my first couch was ripped in delivery, and it was conveniently the last one they had in stock so now I have to wait till they get another shipment from the manufacturer. The weird part is, I NEVER received any notice that my order had shipped in the first place. Were they just going to ring my doorbell and leave it on the front step? What if I wasn't home? I had NO idea it was coming. They gave some horribly lame excuse that they don't know when things are being shipped out, but "oh, we promise we will give you shipping information next time!" I honestly think the site is an elaborate scam that's just hoping I'll forget about the $900 couch I never received and give up. I won't. APPARENTLY I'm supposed to receive it soon, they said they are getting their new shipment of the sofas this week and then it will be on it's way to me. It will be a miracle if I get it in July. I guess I'm hopeful and don't want to assume it's a scam... but I have a feeling I'm being taken for a ride. I would be happy to upgrade my review IF and when I finally get my couch.

Is there an Absolute ZERO stars that I can rate this merchant cause 1 is tooo good. I ordered a nodway couch on june 29th and NEVER received it and they have not returned any of my calls or emails and i is now 5 months. Paid via PAYPAL and had to call tem back twice. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL OVER and RIPPOFFand THEIVES

Just an FYI -- this company was zulob.com, then became zuyob.com. And now if you enter zuyob.com, you are redirected to their 'new' site -- HomeBacca.com

Below is my original review of zulob.com -- so be forewarned --

Just to keep you all informed -- this company is now doing business as HomeBacca.com

UPDATE 7/16/14 -- OK, in all fairness, they did reach out to me today; after I linked zulob.com and zuyob.com in a couple of different reviews. They said that they are not "scammers as I have stated a few times", apologized and offered me a refund, and that I could keep or dispose of the table. I accepted. Then they replied saying they would like me to reconsider my reviews, and informed me they had ended their relationship with the vendor of this table. First of all, you can't make an offer, and then after it is accepted put conditions on the offer; this is not reputable behavior. Second, and I just checked again, check for yourself... the table is still available on zuyob.com - it's the Ramsey Modern End Table by Baxton Studio. In fact they have approximately 300 listings available from Baxton Studios -- and I'm rounding down.

Even if I were to concede that they aren't scammers... I did afterall FINALLY receive something from them. They are so very far away from being reputable, I can't in good conscience change my reviews.

This is the single WORST online purchase experience I have ever had... and I do about 85% of my shopping online. So beware, don't expect them to live up to their own word, apologies, or agreements. If you are or were fortunate enough to have a good experience with zulob.com or zuyob.com -- consider yourself and lucky and head to the casino or buy a lottery ticket!

UPDATE 7/16/14 -- They have changed their name to ZUYOB.COM!

UPDATE 7/16/14 -- This is likely the last update, since the website is apparently "not available". Well, I finally received a table yesterday. To start, let's just say that the box had obviously been opened and resealed. Next, when you pull the table out of the box, the first thing you notice is the damage -- scratches, glue, seams that don't align, and the best part -- yes the best part - when you turn it over to attach the legs, this table has obviously been put together before. My assessment -- they sent me a table that was previously returned as damaged merchandise. WTF is all that can be said. But beware -- you know that scammers like this will just reappear under another name.
UPDATE 7/8/14 -- Still NO response from the shady company. And guess what -- their website is gone... If they come back online -- DO NOT PURCHASE form this company.
UPDATE 7/2/14 -- Well, since I was trying to be a good consumer and work with this SCAM of a company, I have passed the 45-day mark for filing a claim with PayPal. I wish I hadn't trusted and given this company a second chance. You can see that they responded to the initial posting of my review, and claim that "We greatly appreciate your business and feedback. We look forward to hearing from you." But this is so horribly not true, I don't really know what to say. They don't respond email, they don't answer the phone, and now they don't even have to respond to PayPal.

This company is the epitome of 'caveat emptor'. It's also very interesting that they have 6 reviews, 3 of them favorable... and 2 of those were posted AFTER I started posting my experience here.

This company is a mess, don't waste your money or time.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

UPDATE 6/26/14 -- This review is updated and shows in reverse chronological order.
I wish I could give this site no-stars. I have left numerous emails, and have tried to call, but they NEVER answer. And if they can't respond to email, WHY would I bother to leave a voicemail. I still have no estimate on arrival for the correct table. I have twice requested the order be cancelled, but have no acknowledgement of that either. I have opened a Issue with PayPal to get refunded.

UPDATE 6/23/14 -- well, it is now 13 days since the wrong table arrived, and NO, I repeat NO estimate on when I can expect the replacement item. I am downgrading this to 1-star. Their follow-up has been to blame that this is a drop-shipment from the manufacturer, but I didn't buy this directly from the manufacturer, so the problem should be dealt with by Zulob.

I wanted to give 1-star, but felt bad. I originally ordered a table with Zulob because their site said the item was in stock. I was not; however even after notifying me that the item was not available, the site continued to show that it was in stock. I cancelled my order, and posted a review. After which Paul contacted me, apologized for the error, and offered me 50% off to remove the negative review and order the table again; I agreed. The 'table' was finally delivered -- it is the wrong table. The descriptions on the box and manifest CLEARLY did not match, so I knew it was the wrong item without opening the box. I contacted Zulob. We are now 72 hours past my notification, and they have not yet provided me any details about shipping the correct table -- except that I will receive notification in a few days. They have, however, been able to have Fed-Ex make an attempt to pick up the incorrect table. Since they are apparently more concerned with getting the wrong table back than actually fulfilling orders correctly, I have requested that the order be cancelled again. How can a company, after KNOWING that a customer will post a negative review (having already asked me to remove one), continue to exhibit such poor customer service. If you order from Zulob, don't expect an easy transaction.
