Excellent customer service. I had an issue convering a file and sent an email to Customer Service. Less than 4 hours later, a Customer Support Specialist, Grace, responded. She asked me to send her the file, and her team converted it for me within a few hours. In the era of AI, it was a delightful experience working with a human and not having to navigate through a chat bot and trying to find a solution for the issue. Overall, a very easy and seamless experience. Thank you.

I tried to convert a PDF document written in the Urdu language into the Word Document. The result was a mess.

Had older files in the wps format which needed to be converted because I could not remember what their content was. Could not find my Works software to install, so went searching for a file converter. This did the trick. Thanks so much!

I was interested in Zamzar and was told it was free, safe and legal. The song I tried to move from wav to mp4 was too big. Therefore, there was a fee. I don't know if I missed this information on their site, but I was under the impression this would be a free service.

After working with Zamzar representatives they have now corrected their conversion process when converting an mp3 to m4a file to basically match the quality submitted. I now find this process very satisfactory.

Excellent service – all the video and audio formats (4) I needed were accommodated.
Contact with service desk was efficient and helpful.
I highly recommend Zamzar.

So many sites offer a free conversion which turns out to require a standing order or even a direct debit which I would then have to cancel. Some offer a "free" service which is free only after you have paid a fee. Zamzar uploads, converts and downloads quickly. You get a download directly. You don't even HAVE to give an email address but if you do you get a notification. Didn't even notice adverts or spurious downloads that annexe your browser. How do they do it?

Converted many files but 1 very complex diagram got 'stuck' Emailed it in as advised by the website and a fully converted file was returned to me. Brilliant!

Dont use if u value your time uploading multiple files, got so annoyed converting my homework at 5 am for 30 minutes when they told me I cant dowload half of it that was already converted bc of their 2 free dowload limit I had to write a review of their $#*!ty site to relief myself

There are better and free websites

I ran into a very minor issue and the customer service literally responded within 10 minutes with a very generous solution to my problem that would have otherwise costed me a lot of money. I will already recommend this to all my friends who need a converter because of my interaction with their customer service. Amazing.

I dropped my. Docx into their site, and a few seconds later it popped out completed. Perfect results! Easy-Peasy!

This makes it simple and fast to convert the occasional document without bugging someone else to do it for me. Thanks, guys!

I paid for the "$9 subscription" and the very next day 80 bucks was taken from my account by Zamzar, I didn't click another plan because the highest price for a plan is 25 bucks, I am greatly angered and will be taking legal action if I don't get my money back

I don't do a lot of file conversion and I only use their free level of service. But every once in a while they come in really, really handy. Their site just works, no waiting or anything. The description of five stars here is "You love it so much you want to tell the entire world!" And in this case for me it's no exaggeration, because the world is a more convenient place because Zamzar is in it.

Firstly, the file conversion program itself is excellent. Super-smooth, easy-to-use, fast, reliable. Secondly, at this point they offer the ability to convert two files a day for free, which is generous IMO. I wanted to convert at a more rapid pace, so I subscribed. Once again, process smooth as silk. Finally, I did have one billing issue, probably my own fault. Customer service responded to me promptly, courteously and clearly, and rectified my issue 100% to my satisfaction. I know, I sound like some kind of teenage groupie, but what can I say -- I love it when a business really gets things right.!

I had some trouble using Zamzar (not reflective of their product but rather my files and some other extenuating circumstances). Customer support reached out and worked with me. They went above and beyond to resolve things. I greatly appreciated their flexible and conscientious support.

Thank you Zamar for going out of your way to help me. I sent several PDF bank statements to Zamar so they could convert them to cvs files as I was transferring over to a new accounting system. I received an email stating there was an issue (they were scans of statements) and was shocked to see that the technical department would try and decipher the information the next morning. Because they were statements that had come in the mail and I had scanned them instead of receiving them directly from my bank online, Zamar was unable to convert them. I was sent an apology email and offered a refund because of this. Even though Zamar was unable to convert my copies, I will use them in the future and will refer them to others for several reasons. Communication was exceptional and the customer service they gave was better than any online services I've experienced in quite some time. Zamar, you made a big impression on me and I just want to say thank you for your kindness, your exceptional customer service and your business ethics!

It has been impossible to stop them from charging my card for months after we deactivated the account. This is a fraudulent company go somewhere else. Also, none of the Beta or experimental converters work whatsoever.

I had a short video sent to me (my mother singing), she is over one hundred years old, it was done in another country and I could not open it, for several years I was trying. Then I found the Greatest ZAMZAR and I can enjoy it now. Thank you very much ZAMZAR, you are the greatest intellectual, gifted magnificent technicians ever!

I needed to convert a PDF to a DXF and found Zamzar. I was very worried about the lengthy T&Cs but didn't notice anything terrible when I skimmed them. It was these sitejabber reviews that gave me confidence to try.
In the end I wasn't even asked for an email address and my small conversion worked fine!

I have no idea how but this site can convert AAC to FLAC and make the file SMALLER
It's amazing and most other services end up increasing the file size by over 3 times

I was asked for my personal email address in order to get my file converted. Okay, I gave it. Later, I received an email, that file (a simple xls file) is failed to be converted. Later, I started to receive lots of spam on my email address.
