Pathetic and worst service - This is the most pathetic and worst service provider for international couriers.I have had a very humiliating experience with no information being provided by their staff.Very poor service.No transperacy.You need to call these people again and again.They say they are cheap from others in price but no use if it becomes a headache.NEVER GO FOR THIS SERVICE PROVIDER.
