They advertise for things they have in stock for super good prices!
i was looking for a wii balance board i could only find for $100 every else including EBAY!! i find it here for $59.95!! they said it was in stock and would be shipping the same day! not only is it not in stock but coming from across the country! it has now been 3 days over a month since i placed the order and the only thing the company has done for me has refunded me a whole $6.75 which was half my shipping cost. they also said they bumbed me to faster shipping.i still have yet to get tracking on something they keep saying is on its way.ive waited less time for things from china! their customer service people are careless burnt out people who really can care less about what i ordered or were it might be they have their money like they wanted.
My experience with yourstoreonline has been absolutely great!!!!. Customer service is kind, courteous and always willing to help. I will continue to shop here it's a great place to purchase very nice and inexpensive items.
They lie, lie, lie. Say they are shipping that date, then it is out of stock, due in in 3 weeks, still not in, no response, can't get in touch with them. Each email is just another lie. A total waste of time, and now they have my credit card info. Is that possibly the entire thing behind this....to get our info?!
Terrible, then never ship, and dont answer the phone or livechat during "normal" business hours. Everything is on back order, and never seems to come. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for magic mesh to come in stock, even though online it said it was in stock the entire time. $#*!ty company. Spend the extra $5 and go to amazon. Atleast you will actually get it.
Shawn...Cancel your order if you haven't already done so, go to Amazon.com. Was $18.09, no shipping if you have prime, and it came in 3 days! I just wrote another review this morning on this company and detailed the run-around I was given since 3/23....over a month ago! What a scam. Try Amazon.com.




Mia R. I would never order from this store again and would not recommend it to anyone. I placed an order with them for the first time on 2/22/11. I am writing this on 3/12/11 and still have not received a package. I had an online chat session with them last week and was told that UPS lost the shipment and when they went to reorder it was on back order and that I will have it on Wednesday or Thursday. It is now Saturday and I have received nothing. Was also told that because of the inconvenience, they would refund me 50% of the order. I requested a total refund and they can keep their products. I requested to have a manager contact me but have heard nothing. I will dispute this with Citibank when my invoice is received. Rather than continuing with them to a point of frustration, I will now allow my credit card company to handle it for me.
Diane T. I placed my order the first of Dec. For the last 2 weeks I have been calling every day - sitting on hold for an hour - and was told it had been shipped, it was going to be shipped, that they had a tracking number for it, blah blah blah. Today, I was told they did not have the item but would send it when they received it. Why would you have a tracking number to ship NOTHING??????? Cancelled the order, now waiting to see if I get a refund.
