A friend of mine who'd recently hit a rough patch in her life, unfortunately, the situation got out of hand, fighting the worries in her head had her bogged down. She resorted to this online counseling platform and was not only able to come to terms with her grief, but she's now started to relook at her life and the choices she makes in a positive light. This certainly indicates a lack of regard for science and the truth, why would I trust them?

I worked for this company for more than a year. Having for a few years before this, I have not seen such mission driven people in the organisation. From people who have been through depression themselves to some experts who have been through cancer, grief etc, the company is run with the most honesty possible. Yes, they are working on figuring out a way to make money, but that is something which is helpful to run for a longer time. I would say that my stint with the company was nothing short of a roller coaster ride with learning new things, getting trusted to try things I have never tried before and challenging ideas coming from upper management as well. I was in the most horrible position in my life and I wanted help. That's when I decided to reach out to yourdost.com. However it made me feel worse. The experts end your session before you say anything. You feel 10 times worse than you were feeling before. The customer service for counselling is very bad so I would never suggest this website.

This platform has been a life changing experience for me. So much do I love the concept and the team that I can go gaga about it for an entire day. One of the rare and the most needed things in today's world

Very bad experience, highly irresponsible customersupport team and take everything very lightly, no serious work, playing with peoples life. Would give stars in minus if given a choice, just big talks and nothing else, making a fool of people on emotional basis

I got to know of this website through a facebook ad while strolling through it. I was going through a tough period because I was unable to find a job after graduating from college. I was anxious, scared, unable to sleep properly at nights, ashamed of talking to my family and friends... very very worried about money.

I talked to the Special Friends (counselor) on YourDOST. She was extremely kind and patient as I doled out all my troubles. She heard me out well - all my problems. She suggested small steps to be taken - breathing exercises, meditations, help in talking to my family again, giving me encouragement to apply again to jobs. She also wished me luck as and when I went for interviews. It was such a great experience.

Moreover, all the chat sessions were absolutely free. But that did not mean that the counsellor ever tried to rush me- She was always open to long conversations. Now I have found a job. And I really feel very indebted to YourDOST. They are true angels - thanks for helping me out in such a difficult time.

BIGGEST SCAM. If you are moderately depressed then they would help you to reach the stage where you would like to kill yourself. Frauds and money makers. Its better to visit some random chat room and talk to random people because they also so the same (talking new people everyday) but they don't ask for money. YourDost would ask for Rs. 2499 and would promise 30 days chat sessions with hidden term that you have to chat new expert everyday. And they would insist you for phone call which would charge 1299 for 45 mins for every session over call. Thats why these psychologists have got no respect in society. Compounders are better.
