Package was lost in shipping during the texas storm had no power for a week. No big deal I should be able to get a replacement or refund but no, took almost two months of emails just for them to say I have to go file a police report for them to do anything. What a joke stay away!

I have to wonder when I've ordered from a cosmetic company for a very long time and have had nothing but amazing experiences that some of the negative reviews are by those women who are simply angry at life. It's beyond me! I don't get it! This company has closed their doors as the owners are heading out to travel the world and wow I loved them and I'm going to miss them! They always took the best care of me! And speaking of Alexis, she was the most honest, direct and fantastic lady to deal with! I did get to know her, and yeah she was a take no $#*! type of business owner and if someone tried to pull the wool over her eyes she would call them on it in a new york second. She told me stories, and some of you women are simply terrible, just terrible human beings.

Anyway, I had to stick up for YC, I shopped with them for over 10 years and never had an issue. One time "I" ordered the wrong item and did not try to pull it off like they made a mistake, I'm the one who made the mistake. Nonetheless, they exchanged it out and took the best care of me. I will miss them dearly but hope they never have to deal with some of you angry women again. I understand what she went through because I own a business too and a lot of women, those who expect everything for nothing, those who expect to be pampered and those who think they are the only ones on the planet... yeah, you all just suck. Lol

I'm a little blown away by all the bad reviews. I've shopped with this company for many years, and while they have gone through a few bad customer service folk (as any company does) i absolutely love the CS ladies they have now and have had for a couple of years. Very sweet, very knowledgeable and skilled. I had a snafu a few months back and it was taken care of in the most professional way. I can't say enough about them and will continue to shop with them, no doubt for many years to come. Thank you for your stellar service!

Just hope and pray it arrives and shipper doesn't deliver somewhere else or a porch pirate grabs it

Ordered two months ago no shipping info, no items no nothing and then when I tried to warn others on Facebook I was blocked. But karma is a $#*!

I'm from an older generation and shopping online is not something that comes naturally to me nor is it something I'm comfortable with but when I found this company it gave me faith in the whole ordering product online issue I was having. First and foremost, they have a phone number so you can call them, of which is exactly what I did. Their hours are limited and they were not open when I called so I left a message wondering if they would really get back to me. Well to my surprise on the next business day they did! It was a wonderful woman who was kind and knowledgeable and she walked me through the entire experience. My product arrived 4 days later and I could not be happier. I told my daughter about it and she giggled and then told me to come to this website and leave a review, and here I am. Thank you Your Cosmetics for not only instilling a confidence in me when it comes to online shopping but for my lovely Alexandra de Markoff products! I'm so happy with the whole endeavor! My daughter said I'm probably going to be doing all kinds of online shipping now, well I disagree but this was a wonderful experience.

Tip for consumers:
Call them and speak to Alexsis she is wonderful and very well versed in the Alexandra de Markoff line!

I'm amazed by the bad reviews. This company is top notch. Their customer service reps are so sweet and helpful. I couldn't find my makeup for two years and came across this website and they not only sent me what I needed they added a gift with purchase too! I've ordered from them for a year now and will continue to give them my business. A++++++

I paid a ridiculous amount for 2 days express shipping, obviously for a reason, but it was never sent express. Estimated delivery 10 days after

I love this company! I ordered two Alexandra de Markoff products from them and one of them I ordered wrong, it was my mistake and they so graciously corrected my error by sending out the product I meant to order. Their customer service was top notch and left me feeling so good. I will always purchase my cosmetics with them as long as they around.

Placed an order and it never shipped. They took the money out of my account. I commented on their Facebook page to warn others and they blocked me. Stole money from me and I got nothing in return. Scammers. Stay away.

I placed an order on 11-27-2017 of 2 bottles of Enigma and 1 bottle of Alexandra spray essence. Alexis, the owner, took my order and reversed the quantity. I have been a customer since 2004 and never have had a problem until now. This was a terrible experience. Alexis seemed to take it lightly and agreed to correct shipment, but she never apologized. This was to be extra trouble for me to ship back due to the fact that there was a death in our family and my time was more valuable. I kept the order which I received and chalked it up to a bad experience.

I wish I had taken the time to search for a review of this company before ordering from them. Fortunately I only spent $40. What I received was an unsealed product without it's box! When I called about it, I was told "the box was damaged in shipping" and the product doesn't come sealed! They only allow 14 days to return items and I will be hard pressed to get it there in time for a refund. BUYER BEWARE! These are NOT good products!

A year later, and still awful. Ordered 3 items, never heard from them. I finally made a call to customer service, left a message, and got a call back the next day. They were out of stock on (1) of the items, didn't bother to tell me (how about an email?) and did not want to honor the free shipping, because the order amount was now going to be less than $50. Not my fault, right? Anyhow, they didn't want to budge, so I cancelled the order. Don't waste your time with crap service sites like this. Seriously. So many other places actually appreciate the business and don't reply to people with "sorry, I can't do that would you like to cancel?". AVOID!

Horrible... when I first ordered from this company I was sent mouldy product --- ick. They replaced it though. The second time, they charged me IMMEDIATELY, but never bothered to explain that product was backlogged for weeks on end. When I did call, they said they could ship some of it... but refused to overnight it even though I had paid two weeks prior. A good company does NOT charge until a product is shipped. DON'T BY FROM THEM!

BEWARE of this company! I ordered $125 in product from this company. 2 weeks later, no shipment confirmation, nothing. I emailed and left a voicemail to cancel my order. 2 weeks later I was charged the $125 and was only shipped half the items I ordered. Then I received an email stating the other portion of my order that was backordered is no longer available. I was never refunded for a total of $56 in missing product. I have left 3 voicemails, emailed 5 times through my person email, and emailed 3 times through the website with NO response. BEWARE of this company. They will take your money, then if the product is sold out or not available, they will keep your money. It's been 3 months and still no response. My only hope now is the BBB.

You'd get a faster response if you did business with a three-toed sloth on qualudes. Don't waste your time with this outfit. Ignoring your customers isn't a winning business model.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago, and received a confirmation email. That's the last I heard from them. Logged into the site today, and it says my order is "processing". I needed the stuff to take with me on a trip - I leave in three days - as a gift for someone I'm visiting. At the last minute, I had to go find a local, albeit more expensive, source for my gift, and will be canceling my order with these layabout deadbeats.

Their customer service is non-existent. Shipping was so slow- took 5 days to process order and finally my items arrive 2 weeks later. BEWARE this site sells old, expired items. (ummm hello! If the color has turned, theres floating cloudy sediments in it and smells rancid then fragrance has expired!) their return policy makes it clear it is nearly impossible to return anything. Also they do not respond to emails or phonecalls. Somehow i managed to get ahold of someone to speak with, the correspondence was very impolite. They refuse to acknowledge the fact that they sent me a bad product. I was actually yelled at and hung up on! Wow. Avoid at all cost!
