i tried to order a chocolate fountain from this site for my upcoming wedding they were happy to take the £175 deposit from me but have not resonded to any calls e-mails etc but reply straight away if you make a fresh request to book a fountain?? looks like ive been ripped off!!

T N. how did you pay yorkshire chocolate fountain?? you should call your credit card company (if you paid that way) and file a dispute!
katrina d. by cheque! it came out ages ago i cant do anything apparantly until they breach the contract and dont turn up!!

katrina d. yes they contacted me 3 days b4 the wedding wich was a bit late and had to arrange 4 another 1 trying to get in touch with some1 so we can get our money back!! the chocolate fountain we got in the end was amazing tho
