“STAY CLEAR!”

Stay clear of YMLP. I used to be their loyal customer for a number of years and recently joined again, just to find out it's impossible to stop the subscription once you make the first payment. The support does not reply to any tickets, there's no telephone number to contact and it's impossible to remove your card details from the system. I have been charged three times now for a service I'm unable to cancel.

Onduidelijk, verouderd en foute communicatie
Onduidelijk, verouderd systeem. Lelijke interface, moeilijk bewerkbaar, weinig relevante updates.
Daarbij komt dat we onze account wilden eindigen, ze gaven totaal verkeerde informatie waardoor we weer 600 euro kwijt zijn voor een jaarabonnement dat we niet gebruiken, Er is geen persoonlijk contact mogelijk, ze reageren laat op e-mails en stellen helemaal geen tegemoetkoming voor. Ze zijn duidelijk enkel bezig met hun eigen winstmodel maar dit gaat niet lang meer duren. We gaan uiteraard niet meer met dit systeem verder.

I have been a customer FOR YEARS, found their product very useful, but recently their system completely failed me and I've submitted no less than 5 tickets for service. 3 days later, no reply. I'm looking for another list serve to work. As a business person I can no longer rely on YMLP nor would I recommend their services.

I've used YMLP for several years, and now I'm ready to move. You just don't get an answer to your tickets. There's no communication from them. I pretty much know what I'm doing after all this time, but I've found that when I do need to ask a question I don't get a reply. They say they aim for 2 hours to respond. Yeah, well days later I'm still waiting, and no record I even asked the the question in the first place. It's not the first time. I should have moved ages ago, it's just a pain to learn a new program.

Client depuis plusieurs années mais ayant mis mon compte en standby pendant 2 ans quand je me suis réinscrit j'ai eu plusieurs problèmes avec des encaissements de CB. Ils ne répondent pas aux mails, au téléphone, mais le site est toujours actif.

We have been using YMLP for several years. Customer service was always tardy, responses to email queries took at least a week each time. They recently emailed us to say that they are not selling us anymore credits, with new explanation. And we have spent a lot of money with them. And now, there is no response. Even though they are still charging our credit card.

I have also been a customer for a number of years and tryed many times to contact support, but most of the times there was no response from customer services at all. When it´s complicated it´s no show. They took payment from my account with no reminder or notification whatsoever. At this point I am looking for an alternatieve provider.

They stole my details and kept charging on their own. They don't reply to my emails or questions. Avoid at akl cost

TERRIBLE. They have charged my card twice now and will not refund and I haven't used the service for several months... My account was in active and I had removed my credit card info and they still somehow charged me, twice!

No reply to my many, many requests for a refund of at least the most recent charge. They must make money by quietly charging people and hoping they don't notice because they haven't sent me an email in years... and they are a newsletter provider?

The product is LOW QUALITY. Clunky awkward interface. They are not up to date and have no spam guidelines or standards and so most emails are spam boxed. I had been a customer for years but I do much better with tracked direct emails and Mailchimp.

You create a ticket with a problem you're having and they don't respond... nothing, zip, notta... very disappointed... looking for alternative.

The site is designed to suck you in with a free account offer, which turns out to be useless because you can only send 25 emails a month, so you have to upgrade to another free account which allows 1000 a month. When you do, it trashes your userlist and takes certain features away including the remaking of your userlist. In my case it stopped sending emails despite the fact it said it was sending them. Can't trust them, wasted my time designing a newsletter which is now useless.

This company recently put me on their most expensive tariff and charged my card 430 for a service I never subscribed to. I contacted them immediately and asked them to refund me, cancel the subscription and tell me why they had done this, their answer was that I was on a subscription service, I pointed out that I never subscribed to the service and they just stop answering my emails. I am currently undergoing legal proceedings to get this money back. They are crooks.

Very bad customer service, i am sending mails to my clients and it is taking 5 hours to send email.
Most of the emails i am sending are landing in spam folders.

I have raised a support ticket with YMLP but no is responding to any ticket not sure what to do.

I have been a customer for a number of years and was trying to contact support many times but have had no response from customer services at all. They took payment from my account with no reminder or notification whatsoever. There were also many reports of emails bouncing so people with certain email addresses on our mailing list never received our emails including Yahoo, btinternet and anyone using Apple accounts. Steer well clear would be my advice, now using Mailchimp and very happy

Hi,
I signed up back in December and paid for 2 months of pro for a test campaign.

I've just noticed on my credit card statement that YMLP has charged me again in Feb and in April.

When I signed up I had the impression it was on a pay as you go basis and not an auto-renewal. Also I didn't receive any invoices my email, which I would expect from an online subscription service.

Please can you look into this and see what's happened. Also a refund for the last two months, that you can see I haven't used the services for, would be appreciated.

As with any other B2B cloud platform hosting your data and as explained on our pricing page, the service does not stop automatically.

If you don't want to keep your account, you must close it out using 'Cancel Account' under the 'My Account' tab in your account; your account and the associated data will be deleted, we will have no further obligations to you and you will not rebilled.

I didnt get any invoice and the payment is charged automatically... $#*! off to such payment.

They just deduct the payment and no response is made from their end.

We have also lost money with YMLP.COM. Without my concern, they are still charging my credit card. I cancelled the account and still they are charging my card. I have send numerous emails to Patrick "CON ARTIST" He never replies back. I have lost thousands of dollars with this company. Recently i have hired a guy and he did setup my own dedicated email for only $150 and monthly server charges only $20. I am sending unlimited emails with 16 dedicated IP's. 100% inbox delivery. No spam issues. I am lovin it.

The service works although I did find it listed on some email blacklist sites so their control over spammers using the service could be in question. My complaint and the reason for the one star is their renewal policy. They do not send out a customer service reminder ahead of the renewal and if you are charged and contact them immediately they do not offer a refund. My yearly renewal kicked in and when asked about a refund because I wanted to cancel they said tough luck. BS customer service. There are many list service providers out there, find a better one.

Horrible customer service to add onto their weak and useless program. Filled with spam. Ive been trying for months to resolve my issue but im luckiy to even get an email back from them more than once a week. I HAVE NEVER DELT WITH A COMPANY AS BAD AS THESE GUYS. Horrible, horrible, horrible service!

Its a good product, but they just won't answer any support calls.

Maybe they don't have enough people to support their product.
