PLEASE SHUT DOWN THIS WEBSITE. THIS IS A HORRIBLE WEBSITE. I am not even 18 and they have uploaded a personal picture that I took when I was 13. I have no idea how they got a hold of my personal picture but it is very offensive. This website should be BANNED and FINED. My mom just googled my name out of curiosity and she found my picture and was very disappointed that a HORRIBLE website like yasni.co.uk has a picture of me when I was a very young age. They even released my name! I don't know who gave these guys the permission to steal my identity and my personal information but this site should be SHUT DOWN, BANNED, and FINED.
Giving data about people without their consent or even their knowledge. It should be banned, taken down and heavily fined.
yeah, more places like these are cropping up. gives me reason to think about closing any accounts that i have that could leak private information.
yeah, it's mainly because of the stupid 192.com site. where the hell that came from and how it got permission to exist, beats me. it is hard to remember every single site you've ever registered to though which is really annoying when you see your name cropping up on random websites like there. it was lucky i even noticed it though because one of my friends was googling my name and he came across it and was like what is this site? and obviously i had never heard of it before in my life. it really infuriates me that they can just advertise you like that and even give information on where you live! and then governments etc talk about internet safety. hell they should ban sites like these in the first place! :\

the internet has grown at such an astounding rate that the law doesn't have the manpower and/or savvy to deal with that expansion. of course they have campaigns that no real person ever sees because they don't put the money into making it into much more than that. so that's why there are sites like SiteJabber, to put the power in the hands of the people, i guess.

yeah that is true. i usually am very rational like you, but sometimes things trigger me off and i just lose it, lol. thank you for bringing me back down to earth though :)
it's true that the internet has expanded ridiculously fast and of course i have nothing against that otherwise i wouldn't be spending so much time on it and coming across sites like these to complain about other sites to other like-minded people. i rely a lot on the internet in my day-to-day life and it's become an intergral part of my life.
what i don't understand is that, there are measures out there which do ban sites and censor sites due to their content being inappropriate etc. so why can't sites like these also be a target for these restrictions?
i guess i will review that other site too later when i'm infuriated again :P

I agree that it should be banned and fined. They have no business publishing people's details without permission and then abdicating responsibility when challenged ( fact! )

Public websites are helpless and if yasni.com wants to abuse them it can. The sites that Yasni Germany is abusing are not from Germany at all. They are nothing to do with Germany Yasni. But, in reality it is nothing to do with name search. Linkedin.com is a name search engine, but yasni.com is not. Yasni.com is not capable to prepare an index that lists names. Having web presence of our choice of websites is one thing but to find yourself on a website like this is too much. Picking up our details from Google and giving anyone the right to follow us is violation of privacy. Who gave them the right to publish our photos?
i think, all in all, these are the worst sites out there. there are quite a few like them. the more we report them here and to places like the FTC / IC3, the more likely they are to be shut down!
