I bought the kitchen faucet from them 5 years ago, the first one arrived but didn't fit in the ring they provided in the packing. I contacted the seller and because it was via ebay, the seller had to replace it but I had to pay for the shipping again. It didn't bother me too much because the faucet price was so much lower than the ones from local stores but couple of months ago when the faucet started to drip and now it doesn't even shut off. I had to shut the water valve at the bottom of the sink. The seller had no drip lifetime warranty on it. I tried to track the seller down on ebay, there's no sign of this seller anywhere but the Yanksmart.com. The only way I was able to track this website is because they had it on the shipping label of the box that I had decided to keep. So don't waste your money on a cheap faucet, you know it'll dip or break in the near future. Buy the brand name and if it drips, they usually will own it.

Purchased 2 expensive bathroom basins-one arrived smashed. It has taken 3 months and countless emails and it seems I now no longer have matching badinsbur they have stolen my money! These people are crooks avoid them like the plague. Suddenly cannot understand English properly when you have an issue. BE VERY WARY!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE... THE PRODUCTS HAVE BAD QUALITY AND THE COSTUMER SERVICE DON'T HELP YOU TO SOLVE THE ISSUES.
IN MY CASE I BROUGHT A LOT OF PRODUCTS AND 2 FAUCETS ARE BROKEN AND THE WEBSITE YANKSMART JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT MY REGARDING TO CHANGE THE PRODUCTS.

Avoid avoid avoid. Purchased from yanksmart, 03/04/12. Disaster. Received no contact from them. After several email and no luck I contacted paypal. Then and only then they sent me the tap I ordered but them knobs were all wrong. Contacted them and they didn't care. Infact they were quite rude.

I purchased a 20" Stainless Steel square LED rain shower head from Mr. Wen Mian Dai or Aliexpress.com or 2009SHIVERS or mian0202 or hello_faucet or besthome2008 or yanksmart.com on ebay. It broke after less than a year and he refused to honor the two years warranty on his product. Avoid doing business with this company with many names but same owner Dai Wen Mian *******@hotmail.com
