I ordered my wedding dress it was a horrible/stressful experience. The day I received my dress I was excited to try it on. After looking at all the details I was very dispointed. The dress didn't look the same as the pictures in person. The dress was missing details such as buttons down the back, built in bra and the top of the dress had poor quailty sequence in the details it stated beaded. It also had stains completely around the waist of the dress which was Red. I contacted them about the issues on March 3rd and I paid $259 for the dress the outcome from them was to refund me $20 on March 19th. I would never order from them horrible experience.

I recently ordered a dress from Xdresses as a bridesmaids dress for my brother's wedding. My measurements were accurately measured and sent in. The dress I received was not following the measurements I sent them. After multiple discussions back and forth (with weeks in between their responses) with pictures showing their error, they still would not allow me to return the dress that was unwearable or refund my money. The last correspondence I had with them was 2 weeks ago requesting a manager contact me. They responded saying they would "check it" and reply. They never did. Will never use their company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I once ordered a dress from this site. It is in a good quality. We tried it on and took a picture. The dress is absolutely beautiful and it fits perfectly. It is really amazing work.
