I am expecting my money back to my credit card account between now and the end of the day if not I will be forced to write a bad review and explain exactly what went on with my transaction and account. You have no right to block my account and deprive me access to it - not when I made a successful payment to you. Release my funds back to me and I will have nothing to do with your platform again, I have reported to forensic-watch com for help too.

You have no right to block my account and deprive me access to it - not when I made a successful payment to you.
Release my funds back to me and I will have nothing to do with your platform again, I have reported to forensic-watch com for help too.

Keep you hanging for 3 hours telling you to change your email... then submit the same documents 7 times! This is wrong! Do not use this company for bitcoin purchases. You will regret it

Deceitful company! Lies upon lies, I couldn't withdraw my profit and they kept asking for more money which is absolutely ridiculous! I had to get legal help from (Solvlyin) on telegram.Who helped me recover 85% of my money, I almost lost all my hard earned savings to Xcoin

Wasted 2 hours trying to verify my identity. The support is completely incompetent. Use Coinmama or Coinbase instead.

Besides the high fees it's very very slow in getting your purchase to your wallet. Got to be a better company out there I advise everyone to avoid Xcoins

Big scammers, do not fall for it because you will not be able to withdraw, get in touch with broadoak-capital com they are a legal agency that will help you retrieve all that they owe you.

Its a good idea and works to some extent. The problem is all the douche bag scammers that say their card was stolen after making a purchase. Basically, sure you will win disputes thanks to the documentation, but paypal will flip $#*! and close your account. Not only do they close your account they will lock your money down for 180 days. So basically if you want your money frozen forever then go for it. IF not avoid it at all costs as a lender..

A MUST READ. Scammer tactics are becoming increasingly sophisticated and investment scammers may use professional-looking marketing materials to make the offer appear more legitimate.
When you trade binary options, a full understanding on specific days is essential. Yes you might think that all the days are the same, but there are days that are not so good and not so bad. Anyone who has a life knows that this is true. I was so ease and absolutely careful but still i was still a victim. Xcoins Broker scammed me of $20,930, i was only lucky to have read a comment that lead me to RLINWOOD7 AT G MAIL DOT COM who helped me in recovery all i lost including it's interest. In binary options, what is considered as a great trading day is when you get that signal. Do you need trading account manager with a good invested amount of money, and if looking for a good trading software i can help direct you on were to get a good one and if you are trading and having a withdrawal problem you don't need to be afraid, all you have to do is to contact Rlinwood7 and he will give you a good and vivid guide on how to recover your lost. Binary Options is not the way out because the company makes money when you lose money.

Same here i didn't receive my pay till now (November 29 - present) They always tell me that there is a problem with the bank processing my money etc. I thought it would just take 5-7 days to process it. I need my money badly ive been emailing ko-kard support but they won't reply.

I didn't receive any email yet as what you have said xcoin rep... Why is this happening? We trusted ko-kard. We need our money badly now Christmas is coming,

Xcoin has set up a remittance company in the Philippines, Ko Kard (a division of Xcoin Philippines) and the money remitted to the Philippine-based recipients take up to 10 and 15 days to remit. Today, my personal experience is: i havent received the money remitted by my employer last October 22,2014. It is now Nov. 5,2014 a total of 15 days of misery... im still hoping they would give me my money. Right now i feel that we have been ripped off

Super slow and bad service. It takes 7 days not 5 to 7 days and it mostly takes more than that. I was using this for 4 employers but I convinced them not to use it because of this LAME service. They don't even post on the FAQ's page that it takes 7 days before the money gets there and their card is issued by CHINATRUST (CTBC) maybe that's why everything is a slow process and they basically have 2 staffs. I don't recommend this service and will never recommend it. Friends asked me about this and I totally told them about this and their employers can save charges through WesternUnion and Xoom it takes minutes and it charges less for the sender.

The Ko-Kard Service is getting worse and worse. Originally it took 3-5 days to clear funds, then 5-7, then 10 days but now 15 days and counting. I sent 5 payments on 8th December 2014, 2 were paid out on 23rd December (ie 15 calendar days delay), but the 3 larger payments are still not paid out (25th December 2014 - 17 days and counting). No response at all from online enquiry. Needless to say the charge on my credit card was made promptly enough - minutes after I submitted the payments. I am wondering if the organisation is either having cash flow problems (waiting for new payments to come in to pay out earlier ones) or there is an interest-bearing account the money is being siphoned to for 2 or so weeks. Otherwise its hard to explain how this service can have become so slow.

I tried to buy a dvd around christmas 2011 and its already February 2012. The window that you are to fill in your data to purchase something was very suspicious. The blocks for phone numbers didn't allow the correct number of spaces and the other questions were out of sinc and mispelled. Needless to say i didn't fill out the rest and cancelled the payment. And have not received any answers to many emails to the poor merchant that signed up with them. I still want my item but not through XCOIN

LAME SERVICE! UNFORTUNATELY, I CAN'T GIVE A ZERO SO I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO GIVE A 1.

The process of Ko-Kard Philippines is very unacceptable!
There are 4 of us who have 2 pending remittances sent on Dec 3 and Dec 8 by our employer to anticipate the delays but Ko-Kard has been holding our money back! They have been hiding by hanging up the phone so no one gets through! They responded to our email past the business hours which is at 6pm, Friday Dec 19 with a lame excuse that the payment gateway is not working! They kept on providing excuses. We need our hard-earned money especially this holiday season! We are very DISAPPOINTED and frustrated about the process. WE NEED OUR MONEY ON DEC 22, MONDAY. NO EXCUSES. More than 10 business days of processing EXCLUDING weekends and holidays as compared to the promised 5-7 business is more than enough!

What's more frustrating is that I called last Tuesday, Dec 16 for information regarding the timeframe and the rep said that the funds remitted last Dec 3 will be cleared the following day, Dec 17 and will be credited not later than Friday, Dec 19 but we waited and all that came is an email informing us that the payment gateway is not working which should have been cascaded to us at an earlier time!

We've already taken this concern to the media and if the funds won't be in by MONDAY, DEC 22 before lunch 12 NOON MANILA time, we have no choice but to go to Pampanga with our lawyer with a demand letter to release the funds IMMEDIATELY together with some staff from the media to cover the anomaly with Ko-Kard's process!

Thanks guys for making the lives of the Filipino workers miserable and for filling our hearts with agony, anger and depression this holiday season. Take note, some of our bills are not yet paid because your process ruins our budget. A merry Christmas indeed!
