I play almost everyday! I have deposited about ten dollars and which one of them gave me $100 bonus bucks. I won $200 bucks on a bingo game and I requested a withdrawal. The $10 went straight back to my bank account the next day and now I'm waiting for the check in the mail for the rest. Yes it sucks that all of it don't go to your account but I get it, you get what you deposit and the rest comes in the mail. I win a lot so no complaints here

Thieving website, don't give them any money just play free practice games, my account was suddenly closed without any explanation, they asked for my email address that i open my account with which was done many years ago, i given the incorrect address, and was told account closed email doesn't match, so i giving them the correct address to get no reply, still no reason given for my account to be closed, and i had money in the account and played for years accumulating reward points, there action is outright theft, why close after more than 10 years of playing and depositing thousands of dollars, worst scam site out there, And my account was closed before i gave the wrong email, Scammers

First, restart your device before you play so to avoid frozen screens. When you first log in to play take a screenshot of your screen - one that shows how much money you are starting with for that session. When you choose a game take a screenshot of it initializing or anytime before you hit 'play,' With these easy steps in place you have proof of what you played and that helps when you have problems with a game. Remember that when you ask for support you are talking to real people. Be polite, be respectful and provide all the information they ask for. You need these people to help get things sorted. You can be rude and they will give you the minimum help they are required. Or you can be polite and they will nearly always go out of their way to get things solved for you.
As far as gaming skills and losing or winning, the site will not let you play above your skill level. You can practice for free with every game they offer. You will always be matched with someone at your level, so when you lose its bad luck, not the site being shady. To get a feel for the different levels, try challenging someone. Then you can pick the game and skill level of your choice, easy, medium, or hard. You play for free in challenges so take advantage of that option and improve your game. When first starting to bet money keep to the one on one games until you get a feel for things.
I have never lost a single cent on the site when it involves technical issues. And the money I bet and lose is not their problem. I'm ready to take action against this "company". I have been playing since 2019. I have deposited hundreds of dollars and understood that it was entertainment and might not ever win anything major. Imagine my shock when I won $80 one day! Of course I decided to withdraw the money after all that I have given over the course of 4 years. So what did they do? They closed my account! I had no access to the game any longer. They could take my money for 4 years, but not pay me a measly $80? I'm done and they are going to be too!

I really like play the games at worldwinner. Sometimes you win and times you lose. I never play more then I can afford to lose, but love playing against others. You can play many practice games for free and as you learn each one it is a joy when you play and win real money.Of course I look at that as more games to play and enter. But you can cash out at anytime.It is a pretty fair site and you can always practice any game as much as you like for free.

Thus game cheats with canned matches and glitches. 3 times the bingo game failed to give me the 3 ball perk. Resulting in a horrible (and, of course, losing) score. Please don't waste your money on these thieves. You would be better off using your money to wipe your a$$.

Do not try to play for levels, I dumped over $100 to advance only to be stripped of it. Not worth it!
Alot of money for nothing. I reached Platinum Level 2 yrs ago. I was put back to standard level last year. I just worked towards the Silver Level to get benefits. I was placed back to standard level within a month. I spent all that money for nothing. A waste of money and time.

Wish I could give it a negative 5 star. Even if you do win a few dollars they claim they can't pay out to Mastercard or visa but claim to pay out by way of same as deposited funds. According to "Les" at worldwinner they only pay to PayPal or by paper check by mail. Posting this so the internet knows this site is a scam that will take all of your money. There is absolutely no way to win. You think you might be the one to win the games? Think you're good enough at the games? Think again. Their algorithm is absolute garbage and designed to make you lose. They pair you up with players who get 10x your score once you win a few games, and then it's game over from there. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the games are rigged too and some of the "players" are computerized bots designed by the app/company itself. Take for example, the game bejeweled… most users have an average score of around 5k to 8k, so how can it be possible for another player (that their "expert" algorithm matches you up with) gets scores of 16k plus to beat you almost every time? There needs to be a serious federal investigation done on this company because they are very very shady. They also close and ban accounts for no reason (of players who start winning and making money). And TRUST ME… I've been playing since 2014 — started when they were with GSN almost 10 years ago. Albeit I took a break from it for a few years in between and made them close my old account because it was distracting me from school. This site is a scam. Don't pour your money into it! You will never get it back. Even if you are considering joining… steer clear. Turn around. And run! And never look back. The internet needs to know about how horrible, unethical, and shady this company is. It's disgusting.

I was a member of this site for quite a while, so this review should carry some weight. I noticed some "issues" with some scores being rather... let's just say..."enhanced". When I pointed out this issue, including sending pictures to them... they blocked my account. Basically, the quick version is I proved a high score was made by solving a puzzle with negative time.

So, aside from the legal routes I am pursuing, do yourselves a favor and DO NOT USE their site.

I have been playing for a few months. When I win they always pay. I have cashed out and always have gotten my money. You can okay for free as much as you want. It is at the bottom of each game. I do wonder if they rig some of the games. If I start winning too many times. All of a sudden I am beaten my another player with scores extremely higher than mine. I mean scores way out of my scoring. So I lose more than win. Right now I am praying for free since I love three of the games.

I've been with WorldWinner for years. Just recently I realized from my statement that they are not giving me my money back when I withdraw the funds. Anyone who plays games on WorldWinner for cash should look at their statements and check to see if you are getting your cash back from withdrawals. I tried going through customer service several times. No luck. And of course you can't call them.

I have been playing on worldwinner for many years. When I first started, sometime in 2007, it was fun. I made a few small deposits and actually won a few tournaments totaling maybe $300. They direct deposited the money to my bank account and I didn't have any problems with the payout. I got bored with the games and stopped playing for about 3 years. One day I got a flyer in the mail from them that said please come back and here is a free $10 deposit code. I tried them again and used the code. I have not deposited any money with them and just play the free warm up games and the daily free tournaments. The one thing I noticed this time is the winners of these tournaments are getting scores that don't seem humanly possible. I'm a pretty good player and can't even come close to some of these top scores. It makes me wonder if players are using cheat software to win or if these are fake accounts? Not sure, but don't think I will be depositing any money. It's not a bad company, but I would just stick with the free games or at a minimum deposit very little.

Today when I was playing a warm up game of spades your players lost their bid twice and did not deduct points for not making the bid. Cheats people and I am not going to deposit any more money into my account.

Apple needs to delete this app. It is a scam. When you try to withdraw your winnings it says wait 1-2 hours. Then all of your money is gone.

My friend told me this site was a scam. He played and played and when he did finally win, they wouldn't pay up. Accused him of having multiple accounts and shut him down. Nonsense. I'm not giving this site the time of day. I would only give one star if this was first hand experience.
