“First of all WomenofLuxury and affiliate sites are...”

First of all WomenofLuxury and affiliate sites are about 50% dropship. Therefore, dropshippers have to be paid upfront to send items to potential clients. The problem that occured with WomenofLuxury and other affiliated sites was that the merchant services (credit card transaction provider) changed their policy and no longer allowed dropship companies to process credit/debit cards with them. During the fall of 2009, this affected several people. Hence the negative reviews. To be more specific, a person comes to the site... places and order... the merchant company processes the transaction although they have canceled the agreement with the selling company... therefore they are no longer funding the selling company... just allowing transactions until the selling company can find a new card processing provider. They tell the selling company..."we're holding all funds for 180 days and closing your card processing account due to a change in our policy of the companies we process cards for." Which is highly driven by the economy. Lets face it a dropship company is more of a risk to a bank. Understandable... The effect of this is that customers think the selling company (WomenofLuxury and/or affiliate sites) stole money, scammed, are frauds, conartists, etc. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. It was a very unfortunate situation to be in, because people were expecting product and shipment, but the selling company never received payment. The bank held all the funds. So what is the company to do? Well, the selling company attempted to ship out product to as many clients as possible even though no funding had been received for tons of orders. This was a huge financial burden. Since then, all the merchant services issues have been resolved and for any customers who did not receive product, steps are being taken to get everyone accounted for. Anyone reading this can email through the website for more info. It is to be acknowledged that the selling company had internal business problems, but all companies have problems at times. Please do not believe everything that you read or hear. Please contact through the website for more information. We can forward you TONS of pleased customer emails. Thank you

You will never recieve any kind of product. This site give you a bogus customer service number to call. If you see Brandon LeDuff Enterprise on anything beware... He is a con artist. I have reported this site to the Better Business Bureau. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER!

I spent over $500 dollars with Women of Luxury.com for two pairs of LouBoutin's in July 2009. I received the shoes and one pair was fine, but the pair I ordered in "nude" color came in "pink". I called the 800 number and was assured that I should send them back and they would send me a new pair... in the color nude. I paid 17 dollars for shipping, which I was also told I would be reimbursed for, to send the pink shoes to Texas for exchange. I never received another pair of shoes. I have left ultiple messages and sent multiple e-mails to Evan Patterson (the Evan P who viciously defends his company and blames the short comings on others in the blog below) and even spoke with him on the phone once. He told me he would do the right thing, be a good guy and refund my money... he seemed sincere and I was serious in my conversation that it just wasn't right to keep my money, so he took my address and PROMISED me that he would send me a cashiers check. That was 4 months ago. I have never received reimbursement or shoes. You tell me if this a professional way to handle business... speak empty promises, fail to come through and then avoid the customer so you don't have to face your responsibility. He won't reply to my emails and has never attempted to contact me to reconcile this situation as he states he is doing in his blog.
It is now 9 months later, they have had my money since July 2009 and I have no shoes! What would you call this? But, I think he is right, don't believe everythign you read...
He sure seems like a scammer, fraudulent business man and like a conartist to me, what do you other feel about your experience with Womenofluxury.com?????

Total scam. I ordered a pair of christian louboutin pumps and they were fake. The moment I saw the packaging, i knew it was fake. They are nothing like the real ones. I called customer service to return them. They told me it would not be a problem and I will get a full refund. Well, that was in july and i tried to call the same number, Surprise Surprise, the number is no longer working. I have emailed them numerous times, and no response from them. No shoes and I am out $300. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE...

If it's too good to be true, it usually is. They take your money and don't deliver the goods, or when the do deliver, ship fakes. This website, and it's partners, exclusive-kicks.com and pickthekicks.com, among others, advertise designer goods and Adidas and sports shoes. They are controlled by Brandon Leduff (Leduff Enterprises) out of Texas. Their president, according to the company that designed their websites is Evan Patterson. Patterson also represents himself on some websites as "FashionKing09" to advertise his phony sites. Search on Brandon LeDuff, LeDuff Enterprises and Evan Patterson before you consider buying to see if any of these names are connected with new sites advertising goods at great prices. Police reports have already been filed against them, in addition to complaints with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC). If you've been ripped off by these parasites, FILE A POLICE REPORT and CONTACT THE I. F. C. C. The more reports and complaints filed, the greater the likelihood that these thieves will be placed behind bars! Buyer beware!
