Ordered dress for daughter. It came in, poorly made, cheap materials, and many flaws. Tried to return, only to find they dont have anything but an email to contact. After a week, I was told they would refund 10%, and that I could "keep the dress". TEN PERCENT.
If ANYONE gets me a phone number or mailing address for 'wishesget.com', PLEASE SHARE!
I'm the type that will spend $10,000 to get back $150.
What garbage. I blame myself for not searching out reviews ahead of time, but that's no excuse for these thieves.

I wish I had checked this site (wishesget) before I purchased a dress from them. The dress is pretty well made, but the measurements are far from what I had measured my body. Their only response so far is, "sorry you ordered the wrong size". Their own rating system shows all of their reviews as 5 or 4 stars, never a 3, a 2 or a 1. That should have alerted me! I am likely to be out $145.00 US.

Horrible customer service and terrible, terrible, terrible return policy. BE AWARE. STAY AWAY. Read the fine print before you order from this site. I ordered a dress for my daughter. The dress came in way oversized and had a tear in it. When I sent a picture to customer service that clearly outlined the defect, they claimed to not conveniently see it. I should have done more research before ordering from this site. Hopefully, this review can help someone else avoid the same mistake.

Last year Spring 2015 we ordered my daughter's prom dress. It was ordered as a special as we provided her measurements etc. Dress came in about 3 ish weeks. Dress was exactly has pictured. There were no duplicates of that dress at the Prom, and everyone asked her where she got it. It was under 150.00 and was beautiful. Tried to order again from them this year, but the site is down. No problems with site or dress last year!

I ordered a dress for prom and I thought it was going to be the most beautiful dress ever! Of course they disappointed you and it's nothing like the picture they put up! They are so stubborn to give your money back! They make excuses for everything! They don't even follow there return policy. They tried to blame me and say the dress is just like the picture I just didn't see it right, but they are wrong its totally different. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Do not order from this company. The dress I ordered was the wrong color and the wrong measurements. They made it for someone who is 5'9" not 5'3" like me. The lining of the dress was sewn into the seam of the top fabric too tightly making it snug against my thighs, creating this odd bulge of fabric around my hips. They started out offering me 10%, then 15%, then 18%, finally 20%. Big deal. What a complete waste of money, time and energy dealing with them. Wish I knew the dress was coming from China. I would never have ordered it to begin with.

I brought a dress from wishesget and the dress was nothing like the picture, The dress had pins left in it and it was too small and string was hanging everywhere. I had this dress custom made and it was so ugly and it looked more like a dress my grandmother would wear. The representatives kept making excuses to keep from giving me a refund. I e-mail the representatives everything they ask for, pictures of the dress and pictures of the measurements which showed that this dress was not the correct measurements and they still would not give me a address to send this dress back so they can give me a full refund. I even call the company in Singapore an spoke to someone and the man said they supposed to give me a refund. This is bad business on them. They put a refund policy out on their website, and they do not use them. My dress fall under a reason to gave me a full refund, because it was their fault they made the dress with the wrong measurements. I advise no one to order from this website and never order from a website out of the country. They do not want to give refund even if they are in the wrong.

Save your money and stress in the long run. This site promotes all these beautiful custom made dresses. Absolutely not the case. I purchased a dress and the quality could not be worse. I got the dress after the occasion had passed. This dress was poorly made did not fit and cannot be tailored because of the extremely poor manufacturing. Sent several emails to customer service to arrange return but got no response. The customs paperwork stated that the dress was gifted to me and it was not. It also has an incorrect price paid. The company wants you to ship back regular mail so they don't pay custom charges. Yet they charge $35 for shipping and customs.

Like many of the other reviewers, I did not do my research before ordering from this company and am now paying the price. We have contacted the company & received emails from them, but they refuse to allow us to return my daughters prom dress. Before all this started she went ahead & purchased a second dress from the same company & now I am worried that we are going to be stuck with to charges for prom dresses that she can't wear. DO NOT order a dress from the company! Remember, if something is too good to be true, then it probable isn't. A dress that sells for $300+ on another site & sells for 1/2 that on this site should have been our first clue that something was not right!

Do Not Buy Anything from this website. I ordered a dress from this website and didn't get exactly what I wanted. The color was a little off, the lace was not the same, and the size was way off. Their measurements are not correct on their charts, and if you try to tell them they made a mistake they will straight out say it was your fault for ordering the wrong size. They asked for pictures so I could prove my claims so I sent them what they asked for. I sent them pictures of how the dress fit me, and how I used the size chart that is on their website and they still didn't care. I talked easily to 6 different people, one of them totally blew me off and just said it was my fault. I understood that I might not get a full refund and I was ok with that but, THEY WILL NEVER give you your money back, or even consider to give you part of it back even though their policy states it. Their Dresses are horrible and they are very poor quality, just avoid the headache. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life!
