I ordered a pair of boots and received them after a month. They sent me the wrong pair (cheaper) and after emailing them for a replacement they got back to me after several weeks requesting a photo to confirm that they've send me the wrong boots. It's been 1 month now after sending them the photos and they don't answer my emails. DON'T BUY FROM WINTERBOOTS.NL- IT'S A SCAM SITE

I ordered a pair of boots on 26th of December but I stil haven't received them today. The worst thing is that the money is already withdrawn from my creditcard. I would advise everyone to stay away from this site. It looks nice and reliable but it isn't. They don't answer my mails and and there is no way to reach the otherwise.
