Had an issue but the company resolved it, in a timely fashion. Ive decided to give them a second chance. Thanks for reading my review.

Specifically speaking, I placed and order on the 5th of October. I logged in to check for any updates (such as an estimated shipping date, or even an ETA). The representative was very nice and attempted to reach the warehouse for me, but the phone rang and rang. It is a small order and my first order of it's kind as opposed to Amazon supplies.
So, for now I am leaving 3 stars.
I hope that I will be able to update this when and IF my supplies start their journey to me. Like I mentioned, it is just a small order, but I am looking forward to it none the less.

First, let me say that the quality of my canvases from WholesaleArtFrames are far superior to other canvases I have purchased from, well, anywhere. I'm not sure how they keep their prices so low, given the superb quality of their product. A+ on the customer service. Very responsive to my questions. I was also pleasantly surprised at the way my canvases were packaged for shipping. They arrived without a dent, scratch or damaged corners. I LOVE that I came across this great seller while browsing the internet. Buy with 100% confidence!

I ordered 4 xl pieces of foam board from them. My first shipment arrived badly damaged & unusable. I sent photos and clearly described the damage as well as their packing defaults that I believe were the cause. They sent me out a second shipment packed EXACTLY the same as the first with even more damage than the first shipment. Again, I sent photos. I never heard from them again, nor was I ever refunded my $187 dollars.

Great quality and exceeded my expectations. Looks beautiful in my home. Will recommend to friends and family.

Nice photo of the day but I could do that but iwant some power and the exact date but it is not showing up on a few of the biggest fan of your survey for the biggest fan on a new one and bike car bus and the biggest fan and I could have not received the biggest fan.

I got three frames from them and it took a while to have them customized. But they came finally and the quality is very high. The price of the frame is very reasonable while the shipping is a little bit expensive. I will buy from them again.

I placed a small order on July 9th. I contacted them on the 18th. Was told it had shipped that day. Product arrived the 26th. I liked the quality of the mats it they add to the presentation of my painting. My only issue is the time it took from ordering to receiving my purchase.

I'm very pleased now that i've my favorite carrier right here. I'm absolutely glad with you and i am going to head back to this adorable vicinity. Most effective maintain it up, thank you.

Have ordered from this company many times with no issues. One package arrived damaged and they made it right by sending another item. Customer service was great. Will continue to order from this company...

My canvases are of excellent quality. Price range is reasonable. Customer service is great, and shipping is fast. They have a wide selection of hand-painted art that has been signed by the artist themselves.
I definitely going to purchase them the next time.

Started a new hobby and needed canvass stretching frames that can be custom sized, that would not break the bank! These guys totally made it happen, Their prices are GREAT, shipping is a bit high... BUT the cost plus shipping for 20 frames was less than 4 frames elsewhere and was flexible in size! Will be ordering more soon! Fast shipping! 4 framed pics below.

Very good experience. I've used them for years but recently I've noticed the quality of workmanship has greatly improved. Better packing so no damage during shipping across the country. All smiles!

Received the canvases today. As a first time customer, to let you know that I could not be more pleased! When I opened the box the smell of freshly cut wood used to build the frame to stretch the canvas over, wafted out. The quality is fabulous & I'm happy that I took a chance. I've been commissioned by someone to do a piece so I took a huge risk ordering online from a company I knew nothing about for this large 30X40 piece. And I bundled in order to get a better deal so I have canvases on hand now for other projects. I've only painted for myself or as gifts. So I am nervous but excited to sell a piece. So thank you for providing such a quality product that will allow my art to shine. The only reason for a less than perfect rating is that shipping was over $50.

I've ordered two oil paintings of Level B and Level C from this store. The Levels correspond to the descriptions on the website and the quality of canvas is very good.

I have ordered the 11x 14 mats several times and each time I have not been disappointed. The colors what they show and they are of good quality

As a starting point in art, I am looking for a supplier with cheap products and good quality. I can get it here with good quality and reasonable price. It's worth it

I had been using wholesale arts and frames for 8 years without issue. Last year I submitted two orders that were never fulfilled because they were out of stock. Here it is 8 months later and still no word from them. And no refund. My emails have gone unanswered.

I found them online and was hesitant at first to send my treasured travel canvases in to be stretched but process but seamless! They quickly answered all my questions, pricing was 1/3 of all other quotes I received locally and I had my finished artwork back within 2 weeks! Highly recommend

I had placed several orders for pre-stretched canvas and 25% where irregulars so I had submitted a review and they had responded and apologized and and they said they will go thru them before they ship them out to me. This time I ordered 160 pieces and only 2 was a little 'edgy' but I can fix that very easily. I love that they come with the removable plastic bag that I can re-use again! Thank-you customer service for keeping your word. I will order from you again soon!

I was a little confused by their website. The product wasn't what I expected. If you have questions give them a call and see if there is a cheaper version of what you are looking for. If you aren't happy they will contact you and work with you.
