What reviewers want you to know

Positive highlights

  • First and foremost, the women on this site are not paid by anybody to be a member.
  • I have offended some women while doing this, but if your willing to date for money then everyone has a price.

Critical highlights

  • Finally, you hope, you'll be able to go on a date with a woman who wouldn't normally give you the time of day.
  • The fifth try also negotiated for $ 100 was a one picture profile no show which ghosted contact.

“Worked great for me!”

I know there are a lot of bogus profiles, but I got a offer from one gorgeous woman, I accepted, we met and it was a dream come true! Ignore anyone that asks for money up front before the date, they're scammers, but there are gems there. And, none of this cost me anything thru the site. I was offered a transfer of my profile from SA, to try out this site, they gave me 50 free credits, used 40 credits for the initial message, which I told her to text me on my personal phone, thus no more using or buying credits. We met in person and it was wonderful! Plan to see each other on a regular basis. Much cheaper than SB or SA.

“What a blatant scam!”

This app is fake. I use FlingEasy.com so I know how a legit site works. I have come across some phony dating sites and apps, but WhatsYourPrice was really the worst. You get immediate responses to your messages (needless to say, nobody ever reads your messages), you can exchange these messages for years, but no lady would swap numbers or go on a real date. What a scam! Definitely not worth a dime.

Costs roughly $10 to initiate a chat with each person. In just 2 days I have had 2 users admit they were scammers. One of them even had a 'photo verified' badge which he claimed was very easy to get by faking. I believe the other users I am talking to are scammers as well. Avoid.

This site is full of women trying to scam you. Out of 10 women I chatted with, I only got one date where we actually met in person. Try Secret Benefits…I've had good luck with that site!

I've been on this site for quite some time now, but I still haven't had a date, and people here complain about the women there being fake.

AND FOR THE FIRST TIME HEARING THEY GET A PERCENTAGE OF EVERY COMMUNICATION, MUST BE THE REASON I HAVEN'T HAD ANY LUCK.

Note: I am NOT a robot, and I am on WYP in search of a real date.

I've been on the site for about five years on and off. Initially, I met a couple very nice ladies, and had a nice relationship with him. One still being a very good friend to this day. However, in the last few years, this has been nothing but a site of scammers and blatant prostitution they take your offer for a date never show up and never hear from them again so many are just blatant money grabbers, I get offers regularly and with half a brain you can see that it's never gonna happen. They'll take your offer and then run beware of the site I know delete most every offer I get and have accepted a few and everyone will promise anything but once they have your money they're gone. Very disappointing site used to be good.

Once a nice platform to meet people taken over by scammers lately

I've been a member on this site for a good 6+ years. When I first got on, it was a good site. I met some very nice people and made a few good friends. Sorry to say in the last two years it's been taken over by scammers and blatant prostitution, I get consistent request and decline 90% of them at least all I can say to people is be extremely careful and use common sense despite what I put down in my profile as wanting local people I've gotten requests from all over the world's at one time the site would refund my money when I reported it abuser no longer. So many requests I get one to immediately go to Roy different site to supposedly get to know me again just use your head and watch for a lot of bull$#*!.

I have gotten credits refunded in the past. Now, WYP will no longer refund credits, as they realize so many of the profiles are scams. The scammers won't meet unless they get a cash advance. These are from women with out of state area codes.
WYP wants these fake profiles so men will spend money to contact them.
I do not plan to buy any more credits from WYP.

The profiles are 95% fake. You bid on fake profiles that accept your offer. Then you have to pay a minimum of $50 just to talk to them. When I wanted to connect they would not respond or respond once. This company is not even good at making fake profiles. You can easily pic them out by the overuse of nerd glasses and glitter. They soak you right off the bat because they know you won't be coming back. Also they do not have an app which is telling.

Tip for consumers:
it’s a rip off believe me

I've been a member for about a month.

First off, there are many attractive women on the site. Unfortunately, many of the profiles are not real and the site's process for reporting these individuals is both cumbersome and tiresome.

Second, when you purchase tokens, the default setting in the app automatically purchases additional tokens if you run out. This setting isn't obvious and you can spend a few bucks before you realize it.

The site charged me 10 times for 50 tokens. At first I thought this was an error until I realized the very sneaky "subscription model" charges your card WITHOUT WARNING each time your credits get low.

When I explained what happened and asked if the site could provide me with the the same amount of tokens at a cheaper price (based on one of their other promotions) my request was denied.

All these sites have trouble with fake profiles but I cannot recommend this site based on the current level of customer support they provide.

Tip for consumers:
My experience with the site’s customer service was poor. It was the motivating factor for writhing this review.

There are a lot fewer local women on this site than on Secret Benefits, Elite Singles, Match, Bumble, Be Naughty,Ashley Madison,Seeking, Adult Friend Finder or Match and others I don't even remember. But don't let that fool you. I've got more GOOD leads here than anywhere else. Seeking was second. Don't count the numbers you don't got, count the numbers you get.

I spent $250 all together. Met one woman who at least looked somewhat like in her pictures on her profile. Most other girls were not trying to meet at all but asked for an online payment upfront, e.g. via CashApp or others. When you send them $20 or $50 they stop responding and never meet with you. Complaining to the company did not resolve anything. They refuse to give money back and often just leave that profile active, because those scam profiles have the best looking girls and therefore get stupid guys like myself to spend money for their site.

What's your price is full of ugly, lonely, old men who send generous offers and you never hear from them again. All of them are liars. If you see someone called Sanjpat, He's an Indian scammer, just ignore and block. He will send you a $500 offer, ask for your phone number, and tell you he's a prosecutor and big shot lawyer in LA. He says he owns all kinds of property. He's a liar and drug addict. This site is trash.

The site is filled with scammers. In my experience in the past 4 weeks the followimg has occurred:
- ladies asked for deposit before meeting and did not show up
- there phones were only capable of texting and pictures sent were fakes( photoshop the dates to seem like they were real)
- a lot of ladies ( i should not call them ladies) would accept offers but never communicated afterwards

My experience has been that out of approximately 20 offers only 2 turned out to be real.
STAY AWAY!

The website blocks new profiles of women - but let's the men keep paying to open conversations with you.

It has to be a scheme.

I have several conversations with customer support telling them they should refund the men who kept paying to unlock conversations with me - AFTER they blocked me…

I was on this site for less than 25h and got a huge positive response… and TA-DAA… they blocked me… but let men keep paying…

I am telling you - it's a scam

You will get a series of 'women' contact you who as soon as you spend credits to open the message they delete their account and then the account re-appears some time later meaning there is no record of them having initially messaged you. If you complain to the site you get no response. I asked for a refund on several occasions as I had given offers to more than 30 profiles and for the month that I was on there, not one of these profiles checked their messages or came back online despite with some of them, I had contacted them on the day they joined. Then you get a false message sent, as I said before and that account disappears as soon as you engage with them. The very worst thing is after I complained again they locked me out of the account (which is no loss at all) despite the fact I still have credits on my account so they are thieves in every respect. I cannot log on and it has been the worst waste of time and obvious scam I've ever been involved with.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid these scammers

I have never used any other dating site, but this one has worked out well. I have dated over 30 women aged 23 to 43 and had some great times. Like any dating experience one is going to have a wide range, from dates you can't wait to walk away from to girls asking $3,000 to end the night in bed. And everything in between, one learns to avoid the scammers. Probably 15% of the girls do things like ask for money before you meet or for photos. I just say no and move on. Also if the girls photos are super hot but no profile i skip those as well as they are probably fake. Speaking purely as a middle aged male i have wound up having intimate encounters on a first date with about 25%. Which i think is pretty high. But yes many required more $ than the WYP first date budget. But usually not that much more. Nice thing the girls do check a box for "discreet affairs" so you can select from amongst those more open to a casual encounter. There is also a high percentage of lovely girls truly looking for a BF not just a sugar daddy. But it will take time maybe a month or two of interaction to learn how to best filer what you want. Bottom line there is a tremendous range of woman to chose from. Just note that if you are looking for a $50 first date and then think she is going to sleep with you. Forget it LOL good luck

Tip for consumers:
know you can get refund for credits if the lady never replies after you start a conversation.

Use WYP only if you want to part with your money. They want you to deplete credits on message exchange with bots. Ridiculous! Also, they make you jump through rings of fire to cancel. WhatsYourPrice admins and mods have lost touch with reality. They are only interested in pulling in cash from customers without providing any real service.

Most of the girls are gorgeous in person, and all they have in mind is the incentive price, which they receive up front, and after dinner they vanish but not before promising the world and emotional connections. They are all sadistic, narcissists with immense hate for men. A good meal and $100 in their pocket is all they want. Be prepared to pay $350 plus for a dinner. Don't be stupid, have dinner by yourself, do yourself a favour and delete this site.

Don't! 50% of girls are not real. They are men posing to get money off you. Site makes YOU pay just to begin texting the girls. You don't even know if they are real. Once scammed, good luck getting a refund. I lost like $100 and quit. They are ALL FAKE or Scams. The ones that are real won't actually show up to meet you (most of the time). Stay away!

I've read a LOT of reviews and have heard men say that most of the profiles are fake. As a female, I'm unable to see my "competition" unless I make a fake profile as a man to then search my area. Men do this too! Which means there's a whole bunch of profiles that have a random hot chick on it and no bio. It's because the men also want to see what their "competition" is. But the men don't take the additional steps of then emailing the company to have that profile deleted.

With that aside, I have had my account "shut down" twice in the last 2 months since I've had it. It sucks in the sense when I'm unable to access my account but still see emails coming in for potential dates. Only to go back a few days later and they are gone from the men canceling them thinking you're not interested. However, I simply had a conversation with the company/site and either didn't know I couldn't do "said thing" or explained my side. They are more than understanding I feel like and almost instantly had my account back up. You have to be very careful on how you word things because it places the site in a whole LOT of legal trouble when you're careless with your wording.

I do love that my pics are almost always instantly approved when I update them. Makes me feel like there's always someone on to monitor the site. I do wish I could edit my profile over some time though. I like to take a few hours. Walk away and come back before I would want it to be public. But the moment you save, it's uploaded. So just a heads up.

Other than that, I've met some amazing men and not so amazing men from the site. If you're a smart cookie, then you'll trust your intuition and not go on the dates that give you the bad vibes.

As for the dollar amount. I find it honestly refreshing to say what you expect and what you want right from the get go. Why go on multiple dates just to find out that somebody isn't on the same page as you. This takes all of the guessing work right out. Clearly the dollar amount is just for the first date otherwise known as a "meet and greet". Most men pay for your outfit if they have preferences, the dinner, somewhere to go before and after, etc. So it's not just $100 or whatever price was accepted that goes in your pocket. It's so much more than that!

I hope this helps and doesn't deter you from trying to side out yourself. Politics is a little bit of patience. XOXO

It's an illegal site conducting illegal activities such as identity fraud, phishing, theft and prostitution. You're more likely talking to a bot or a foreigner posing to be an American. Why doesn't the police take this down when it has committed crimes? Why is Brandon Wade above the law? I'd like to know why. How much money are they making by scamming every guy on here

I believe they jumped the gun with me. I joined up and went through all the crap to get in and one the second visit, they suspended me. I didn't even get to lose any money to the scammers. Have no idea
Why I was suspended. So, I take that as a victory.
