It's perfect to find scammers and so on

After seaching an IP you can check Spam Blocking Lists to see if that IP is listed on any lists. Also allows you to write a review about the IP which needs to be moderated first.

One drawback is that the site is very slow taking sometimes two minutes to comback with the information and I have personally found some incorrect info from the IP when checked against the Maxmind database. Database connection issues pop up fairly regularly.

Simple design, clean and fully functional.
