Kendall J. I ordered what I thought was a Disney DVD of Beauty and the Beast when i opened it it was a copy (not genuine as stated) of Snow White and seven dwarfs. When I went back on line to follow up the complaint the web addresses for support to make a complaint was not valid so I've no way of getting either my money back or a replacement as it states when ordering.

Kendall J. Basically, they did not deliver - not a great consumer experience, don't buy from these guys, they may well rip you off!

Their site was simple and easy to use, they had products available that were not available elsewhere. When it came down to delivery, my order did not turn up.
I waited some time since their website explained that an order is only lost after a month has passed.
When I chased them, the emphasis was on me to chase the Post Office. The Post Office had no recollection of a delivery or missed delivery to my house despite being efficient normally, they also hadn't left a note (as they would usually).
The supplier was adamant that they were in the right and that they had done nothing wrong even though the goods hadn't arrived, I didn't believe them so I requested a refund as my consumer right.
Having since chased a couple of times it seems as if they are ignoring me. Nice waste of $57!
