Terrible service! Do not use them, here is why. 1.) They have no phone number to call when you have an issue, aka need a refund 2.) They do not respond to emails or "ticket orders" 3.) There is no way to get a hold of anyone! It feels like a scam to me

Terrible service! Do not use them, here is why.

I've been with webstarts for about three years and have seen it go way down hill over the last year. Constant technical issues on the end of webstarts! When calling technical support to inform them of site(s) being down due to their errors or problems, they state 'we are working on the problem', but never know when it will be resolved. Furthermore, the techs seem irritated when you call and never seem polite or helpful. It's like they are doing you a favor for buying their product and services. Horrible. Avoid like the plague... there is nothing worse than having customers try to access your site and not having an answer as to when your site will be back up... it looks very unprofessional.

I paid my money for a website using my credit card. Money is not returned to you if you cancel but the web information is not easy to follow to set your website up and it's hard to get in touch with them whrn you need answers. Support team didn't answer my email and I was left hanging. It was a waste of money.

I have been using WebSTARts for over a year now and have been pretty pleased with their service. The service technicians have been very helpful and have been able to answer most of my questions.
I have lost 3 / 4 pages but I have talked to other hosting companies of websites and they tell me that that is possible, it just happens sometimes.

But This Week has been a disaster almost half of my pages are scrambled and some do not show up. I talked to a technician and he assured me that they would get it fixed. {I hope so}
Overall I have had a good experience with WS. I will try to give a update all my situation but you can also check it out for yourself at httr :// online-grocery-stores. Net at this point I have/had 70 pages. I hope the problem is resolved soon but if my website don't exist or I have less than 70 pages Well" '''' Houston We Have a Problem"
