“Horrible company!”

Steen W.

I concur with the rest of you in protesting about this horrible company. They lock you out from your account, activate auto-renewal when it is unwanted, and have a support email that doesn't work! I have a suspicion that they somehow took over from the legit company where I originally bought my domains from many years ago and where everything worked as expected!

My account was set to auto-renew the domain. After 20 days, the domain I had went to expiry and trying to login to the account, the reset password is also not working.

What the hell? Such rubbish!

This business is either as shady as shady can be, or insanely incompetent. Either way, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. We have had our website domain hosted with them since the late 2000's, and recently we were locked out of our account. We spent hours attempting to get into our account, including talking to an individual on the phone, but he was literally useless and had an attitude. Then I read reviews that similar things are happening to others, which confirmed my suspicion that we were being screwed over. We still can't access our account, and it frustrates the heck out of us. STAY AWAY!

I ordered domain names and wanted them for only a year - i had the domains forwarded to the sites, Then a year late after the names have expired they bill me for auto renewal of domain forwarding. Yet I had set the accounts to NON RENEWAL.

Horrible! Should be against the law! They are charging $20 for domain forwarding with masking which is usually free. I feel like I was just jacked by a NY street thug. A straight up scam! Like selling someone a soda with no ice then charging them $50 for the ice. Seriously, $20 for domain forwarding? For each domain? Something that anyone would expect for free? I really hope more people get to this review before they sell more. Seriously, they don't just deserve to be shut down. They deserve some prison time for this. I wonder how many people they've screwed out of their money. They have no return policy either. It's like stealing the names you just bought because once you buy them, you can't even use them until you pay $50 for ice in your soda. Nothing less than straight up robbery! I'm reporting them to the BBB as soon as I post this.

They will lure you in by offering a cheap domain name registration. But once you have registered, everything else will cost you a lot. They even charge for services which are free at every major domain name registrar.

For example, when I registered a domain mainly to use as forwarding url for blogger, they charged 6$ for that service.

I would advise all of you to go for a well reputed domain name provider, even if they are few $$$ expensive at 1st. Trust me, you'll still save a lot later.

They will hold your domains hostage and charge for services that are often free at other registrars.
