Webroot told me I was protected, they were just trying to get my money. One day I was unable to get into one of my user profiles on my lab top. This profile had all of my music and pictures in it. I took my lab top to a professional to try to recover my profile. He told me I had over 2,000 threats on my lab top. What was I paying for?! I still have not been able to find my pictures. One of the viruses not only locked me out, but deleted everything in the profile. Don't let this happen to you!

I have used Webroot for about 5 years now and have proceeded to cover 5 computers with maximum protection under my contract. It is currently working from the cloud and consistently stops anything from altering my registry or loading programs without me consistently telling it I approve. Sometimes irritating but always appreciated.

I've had Webroot for three years now, and gladly renewed for another year. I had some stubborn malware/vulnerable programs that other anti-viruses were unable to remove. Webroot got rid of them. My only issue has more to do with Microsoft/Windows than Webroot itself. They seem to be arguing with each other. Windows repeatedly asks if I want to allow Webroot to make changes. But I contacted Geek Squad Tech Support. So hopefully that issue is resolved. But that issue still doesn't change my 5-star review.

I've tried Norton, McAfee. Nothing works better and faster than Webroot Secure Anywhere. Hands down the best on the market for stopping and removing Malware and Virus's

I tried Webroot AV for about a year and found the product to invasive, required too much baby sitting. The annual anniversary of my Webroot purchase just came around. They have RECURRING BILLING, and want me to re-up. I have the right, of course, to 'opt-out', just click here.

Well it seems that to avoid the recurring billing and leave Webroot, one must provide the registration code they initially used to UNLOCK the product. Is that great or what? What customer service. Great e-commerce.

If you had/have webroot AV, keep that license code handy. Thumbs down,.
