I purchased an item online from Weapon Universe. The automated e-mail stated that the order would be processed within 2 business days and I would receive shipping information afterward. Four days went by and I did not received any communication so I decided to e-mail Weapon Universe. Two weeks passed and I got no response. I sent a follow-up e-mail, but no response and no shipping information. My card was charged but Weapon Universe essentially ran off with my money. I'm working with my bank to resolve the issue.
Weapon Universe is a den down right thieves. DO NOT BUY!

No physical address or location. Just -mail address and phone number. Easy to spot fraud. But not for 5 people

I thought I was buying a great birthday present. Wrong! These people are scammers! On 2/27/15 I ordered my product. Said it would take 4 weeks or less. I tried many times to contact the company. Phone was sent to a voice mail. Email was finally responded after many tries. They told me my product had to be specially made and it was ready to finally be mailed out. Here it is May and still no product, nor can I get my money back. I call the number and all I get is: The number or code you have dialed is incorrect. No response by email either. Please DO NOT Buy From WEAPONS-UNIVERSE!

What a scam of a company, how can they get away with this, karma will get them, i hope they fail miserabley and are in debt, I've read many negative reports, why is nothing done yet?

They do not answer any calls, they don, t answer emails. I payed for an item they took my money and i have not gotten my item. They gave no tracking number to me. They are dishonest and i'm getting ready to sue the $#*! out of them for stealing my money!
Do not buy from them do not trust them.

After spending a hour or two of your time finding two items that intrest you, you end up with a very shady check out. You get no order confirmation.no follow up.
A thank you? Nothing. Infact two days before your package shows up.
They will tell you they only sent one of the items because they sold out of the other.
There customer service is a joke. Takes days to get an email back.If you get one back. Beware consumers! Very shady website. And im sure the one product they did send will be very poor quallity.
