I ordered my new Tag Heuer from Watches-Swiss and dealt with Marc Rabinowitz. I live in Australia, but dealing with Marc (in the United States) was a pleasure. He answered all my questions and dispelled my worries of ordering such an expensive watch from overseas and supplied my new watch with an additional strap at an awsome price and was delivered to me exactly when and as promised.

I was trying to purchase a watch however the website was not working. Called and the owner immediately answered the phone. After an exchange of emails, it turned out there was a problem with the website which was promptly fixed. Communication and response was excellent and if the product is received when promised in the condition promised, I will update this review accordingly.

I am in Perth Western Australia. I ordered and paid for a Ball Roadmaster on October 7. It was delivered by Fedex on October 15. The watch is everything I thought it would be.
As soon as I made contact with Watches-Swiss, Marc was very helpful, replied to my emails quickly and made the purchase easy.
Even with Australia's 10% goods and services tax the price was good

I ordered on a Sunday and received it in 3 business days! The watch came Beautifully packaged and in New Mint condition. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. Marc was prompt on any emails I sent to him and made me feel confident in purchasing from him. I would take any negative reviews with a grain of salt as they are mostly quite old (circa 2012 and beyond) and some people like to complain about anything. I purchased a limited edition Ball watch about 2 weeks prior to Christmas. Marc was very quick to answer questions and provide additional information. He reached out to specifically make sure delivery timetable would be acceptable - as most shippers were overwhelmed with holiday packages.
The watch arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The watch is perfect and included everything as described including hang tags and warranty cards. Marc went above and beyond to make this a great transaction. I will definitely be shopping at Watches-Swiss.com again.

I have now ordered three watches from watches-swiss.com and am going to use them for future orders. They offer prices significantly reduced from MSRP and, unlike other grey market dealers (e.g., jomashop), they provide the full manufacturer warranty. They do not maintain an inventory, instead procuring the watch when it is ordered by the customer. While this may cause a bit of a delay, they are transparent about the length of the delay, based on their experience in procuring a watch through a given manufacturer. And given the price advantage, the delay (which has always been just a matter of days for me) is certainly worth it. I also found the owner, Marc, extremely easy to deal with. He is lightning fast in answering emails, does a great job at keeping the buyer informed every step of the way, and makes a very strong effort to deliver the watches as quickly and inexpensively as possible. I strongly recommend them.

I totally agree with all the negative comments others posted. I had the same horrible shopping experience with the seller. I ordered two omega watches in Oct 2011 but didn't get watches until Mar. 2012! I called the seller for refund. The guy refused to do so and behaved rudely and was even being pound of being called "unprofessional". Finally, I filed a claim to my credit card company. This type of seller shouldn't be in business anymore. I would suggest everyone not to buy anything from this seller.

I was looking for a Bvlgari Finissimo Titanium; local AD had them but I was unable to negotiate a price I would agree to so I searched and happened upon watches-swiss.com. Never heard of it before so probably much like you, I started reading reviews and doing research. There's a ton a good reviews and a few not as good ones. Reading the detractor reviews I was careful to make sure to read the site "T&Cs" - and what I found was that some of the things the reviewers are complaining about are clearly stated on the website.

I went all in and purchased the watch through the site using a credit card even though for the Bvlgari it said that it might take 4 to 6 weeks to get the watch.

I ordered the watch on June 9th. Marc emailed me letting me know the process (which I had already read about in reviews) and I was fine with that, he said it might take a while (again not uncommon with nicer watches) and I was fine with that. He emailed me again the NEXT DAY on June 10th - he found the watch! He shipped it the same day and I was wearing it on June 14th (2 biz days from my order date!).

From start to finish 6 days... Amazing. The price was unbeatable, the communication was great, he provided extra info when he didn't have to and the watch itself is direct from an AD with the full kit. Needless to say I plan to do more business with Marc in the future. Thanks Marc!

I got exactly what i ordered at the price he promised with very nice packaging to protect the watch,, he is the real deal, i had read many negative commments,, but for my experience he was very helpful and completely professional,, i found my new watch distribuitor from now on,, thanks Mark!

Was in the market for a new Shinola watch and like most, didn't want to pay retail. I went to google with the watch model name and started checking different sites to see if any had any active discount codes or coupons. I came across watches-swiss.com on the 2nd or 3rd page of results and opened it in a new tab to check it out. The site seemed outdated and the store name wasn't very original which had me a little skeptical, but the price was great. I decided to search them via google as well and found some positive reviews. I gave the store a call just to confirm it was in stock and get a general idea of the operation. I ended up speaking with the owner Marc, who was extremely friendly. He gave me confirmation the watch was in hand literally and if I bought it that day he would ship it the same day. I took the plunge and made the purchase. The watch came the next day, granted I was only a state over but the entire experience was exactly what I was looking for. Marc also sent me an email a few days later to confirm it was received and what I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase from him in the future if they've got it in stock and I was in the market, Thanks Marc.

I can only speak highly of Marc of Mark Time he is very professional, kind and quickly available via email too for any clarifications on any matter will it be shippings, order etc.
I purchased a splendid watch as a gift, the watch was sold out on Shinola website and watches-swiss.com had it in stock. I was able to purchase it at a discounted price compared to retail too!
The watch arrived in Italy as scheduled, Marc again was very helpful to explain and help me clear my doubts about how customs work as this was my first international order.
The watch was shipped in a big box surrounded by air cushions, one of the best packagings I've seen ever! Also the inside of the watch box was packed with a different type of cushions to keep the watch in position. Courier proof.
Here below some shots, if you read bad reviews on Mark Time or watches-swiss.com they are probably talking about another person, i can't believe it.

My impression of Mark R and Watches-Swiss.com is 100% positive. He appears to the kind of guy that will bend over backwards to satisfy his customers. Ask him for a particular model and he will likely try to move mountains to find one. Sometimes that requires tremendous, painstaking effort from him and excruciating patience for the customer, but you can be confident that Mark will fulfill his end of the bargain (if at all possible) and complete the transaction ASAP.

His powers are limited. He doesn't build watches; he builds relationships. That means first with suppliers to ensure access to products, and then second with his customers to satisfy their wants and needs.
Some of his prices are unbeatable, others are not; but I'll betcha in many cases, if not most, he will negotiate a mutually agreeable price when the customer is reasonable, willing, and able to be flexible, and has done their due diligence before pulling the trigger on a purchase.

One's outlook when critiquing a merchant or product (or any human exchange) is largely dependent on the quality of their character, their work ethic, and the depth of their understanding of commerce: regardless of the product or service rendered. Some folks are reasonable, others ain't. I believe that Mark is an honest, honorable, and conscientious businessman. The following is a message that I sent him after a recent purchase.

First opportunity to work with Marc. After working through some initial communication issues, we were able to complete transaction. I was able to receive the exact watch I desired at an incredible price. Delivery was actually faster than I expected and the watch in impeccable condition.

I was price shopping a particular Shinola watch for my wife when I came across watches-swiss.com. The name was unfamiliar, the website was simple, but the price was $100+ less than any other retailer. I was skeptical, but decided to reach out using the chat feature on the website. To my surprise, I was immediately chatting with the owner himself. He gave me a little backstory on the company and their business model, and within minutes I had decided that this was where I would make my purchase.

After placing my order, Marc reached out to me saying that he was having trouble sourcing the watch from any of his usual contacts and asked if she might be interested in another model. I wasn't surprised by this, as the watch was on back order pretty much everywhere else I looked, but I told him that was the only one she was interested in. This was going to be her birthday present, so I was pretty bummed.

Later that day, he told me he had sourced the watch from a seller in California and had sent payment immediately in order for the watch to be shipped in time for her birthday. It arrived in time and my wife is thrilled with it!

Mark Time has a very extensive collection of brand names. They took the time to answer my questions about product alternatives, and I felt they guided me well, entirely on the basis on my customer needs. They went out of their way to deliver my piece on a tight time table. Mark answers my calls and provided feedback throughout the process, and delivered excellent customer care. They are my only choice for buying high quality pieces.

My purchase experience was terrible. I ordered a Movado watch that should have shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. Six weeks passed and I still didn't have it. When I called to cancel my order the owner Marc actually called me a moron. This was just because I asked why I couldn't cancel on the phone vs sending an email. I could not understand why he'd be so rude. I called back to tell him that I had sent the cancellation email, and he said "Congratulations" and hung up on me. The WORST possible service I have EVER experienced and could even imagine. STAY AWAY!

Mark Time of Watches-Swiss.com is an absolute find. I had never dealt with Mark previously and was hesitant about purchasing a high end item on the internet. His communication with me was excellent - extremely prompt and most importantly honest. I emailed him regarding a certain style watch and then placed the order. He communicated with me right away about a delay in delivery and asked whether this was acceptable. Once the item was received by Mark, he notified me and then expeditiously shipped the item to me. Marc, personally handled the purchase of a very hard to get watch for me. I had been trying to get this watch from two other online retailers (one of which was Watchmaxx.com - terrible folks - they took my order and then would not fulfill bc the market for this watch went up in value before they received).
