When Waiters on Wheels started out here in Georgetown, they were good. Over time, we keep experiencing longer delivery times and incorrect and/or partial orders received. We started using Door Dash, which is delivered in 20-35 min from ordering and has never been incorrect nor incomplete - it's just pricey with delivery fees. We have resigned ourselves to the fact that if you want to cut corners, order via Waiters on Wheels - it's a crap shoot as to what we'll receive and when. However, this is the last straw - - so today Person A will eat while Person B watches

I just ordered from Waiters on Wheels and have been doing so for years. Tonight I ordered from Max's Opera Cafe. It was the most horrible meal I have had in a very long time. The pastrami, corned beef sandwich was just meat thrown on a piece of bread. No condiments or flavor, not even mustard. The potato latkes were tasteless and burnt on both sides. Horrible. I spent 37 dollars for this garbage. Very dissatisfied.
Waiters on Wheels is a good way to get food delivered from restaurants that don't deliver. The downside is I think it's only available in the Bay Area, they don't offer it for every restaurant, and it can be expensive depending on where you live (up to $20-$25 delivery fee depending on area) so it often only makes sense for large orders. There are other alternatives now for food delivery in CA so Waiters on Wheels will have to compete to survive.
