I bought from them a few years back and had no issues however past month I bought from again, day later went to login to check my order and the site had vanished, all emails bouncing back etc., however today I get an email about my order and appears they are back up and running, they used sagepay as their payment solution provider, I contacted them to advise them of fraud issues and let them know of sites like this so they've black listed them, also now worth noting they use Paypal as their payment provider so i would assume even their bank has black listed them as now they can just draw their payments out via an ATM etc. in cash, as such also advised Paypal of all the information I have, also helps having a family member that works in fraud investigations.

I did find a telephone number but is no longer in use, I have emailed them again about my order appears the email now works, if I get any reply i will post it here, however I'm doing a charge back against their bank which will in turn give them yet another fine and black list against them so other banks will know not to accept them hence why they are using Paypal the more that contact Paypal over their fraud the better!

Just called the companies either side of their address and said that the location has been vacant for quite awhile, however since their rebelrox.co.uk is back up and running and so are their other companies I'm now speaking to who runs their domains 123-reg.co.uk as with all others I have called today no one gives a crap! so trading standards and consumer direct will now be the next steps for anyone to take.

I ordered a t shirt in october....middle november still hadnt arrived...phoned them and aked if it would be here for xmas and they said yes...i even said id choose an alternative that was in stock as i needed it for xmas...its now middle of march..you guessed it...it still hasnt arrived!! asked for a refund in january and still waiting...no phone no reply to emails...dont buy anything from them!!!!!!!!

THIS IS A FAKE FAKE FAKE WEBSITE! I ordered a Metallica-Ride the lightning T-shirt on the 12th of January....It still hasn't arrived yet.
I have emailed them and contacted them on there website submission contact form, still no answer. They have also disconnected my account on there website so I can't track it. However I still have the original confirmation receipt/email when they decided to steal my money!

This website needs to be shutdown and they need to be prosecuted of fraud!

Reading numerous Vampire.co.uk reviews of similar situations, I can see I am not the only one to have this problem.

Josella C. I previously emailed them and complained that I wanted my items! they replied telling me the items were being processed. Today-27/01/12 I have received a second email from them stating that the items have actually now been shipped out to my address. Sounds quite promising considering they have been communicating but we shall see. I will update if I receive. Whether I do or not, I will NEVER use this website again and continue to get this website shut down.

Josella C. I RECEIVED MY T-SHIRT TODAY!! 28.01.12. It seems that they have started to fix there ways as many people are complaining and threatening to take action against them. If anyone has ordered anything and are still waiting my advice is to constantly email them and pester them like hell until you get it!

Have my tops, and they are lovely. I emailed them to ask if they would be delivered roughly on time (about 10-11 WORKING days) but they replied that there would be a delay of a couple of days due to stock issues. So that was the only let down, that they didn't contact me to say there was stock issues as their website states.

Other than that, they did exactly as they stated once the stock came in, all received (exactly on my wifes birthday-phew)

Lovely tops, I couldn't find elsewhere, ordered 22nd august 2011, received 10th september 2011.

Email contact was very good, normally had a reply within 2 hours during working office hours and they also got back to me within a few hours when they said a follow-up email would be coming. Much Better than a lot of companies I have dealt with. sales@vampire.co.uk works perfectly

these people have a lot of websites one is called argoth they all have the same layouts and things, they will keep in touch then disconect do not order from them i ordered from the argoth site in 2008 they emailed me for a month then stopped replying this site is exactly the same with the same things don't trust them, you can find all the pruducst on different webstites

I order some clothing on 26th June 2010, i Emailed them to see when it would arrive and the email is not valid. also the phone number won't connect so you can't quiery if you are actually getting the goods... I spend over $100 and wish i had read the reviews before i orderd anything.

Similar experience to the others, DO NOT USE THIS SITE! The took my money last November (£40)and won't reply to my emails. Does anyone have a contact number?

rubbish. ordered 2 tops. got one 2 monthes later. demanded a refund for the other. 6 months later never got it, they hide contact details. worst site ever. a group of monkeys could do a better job!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i put in a fake order today with no payment details, within a couple of hours they phoned me up asking for payment, so there is someone there on the other side, they said send another email and explain. so i have,,,,,, to watchdog!!!!!!!!!! :o)

We ordered some stuff in August 09, got a couple of small items and then nothing for 2 months then 2 small items ans since then absolutely nothing. Can't get them by phone or email just no responses at all. Be very wary of this site.

Take your order and money but do not deliver. Can't get in touch by phone as number is unobtainable and they don't respond to e-mails. Been waiting 4 weeks for my stuff now which I will not get. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. HAVE BEEN ON AND CHECKED TODAY, THEY ARE STILL TAKING ORDERS. BUYER BEWARE.
