I ordered expandable faux privacy fence when I opened the package I had to laugh this is not anything like the product described or shown never ever order from this company. Will see if they will refund for the junk they shipped me today.

They take your money and never send you the product. I strongly discourage people form buying any item from this company. I have had a horrible experience which has cost me 644 euros, almost 3 months of my time and nearly 60 emails exchanged thus far. From avoiding my questions to take my money, the service has been the worst ever! Stay away from there, thats my advice!

Item purchased displayed as "in stock". Four weeks later & a couple of emails apologizing for unexpected delays was enough to ring alarm bells. A month goes by & another email... expected despatch of two weeks. Telephoned customer service to cancel order & lo & behold get told email was sent in error & the item was ready for despatch. True enough a tracking ID was forwarded within 24hrs & the item arrived five days later from Hong Kong. My tip... expect delays & threaten to cancel the order, seems the only way to get their attention.

By these gentlemen I bought Beats by Dr. Dre Studio Over-Ear Wireless and immediately I had problems. As soon as I received the goods I reported power adapter does not comply with Italy (nowhere in the site was written that the product has an english power adapter, moreover the site is in italian...).
They have asked me to provide photographs of the pack and after more than 14 days they replied that the adapter was in the box, pretending not to understand my problem. So gone are the 14 days to request a refund.
Now I need to take advantage of the guarantee but despite my emails no one has taken over my practice.
At Apple, in Italy They provides the official maintenance for BEATS, they told me that the product has virtually no guarantee because not bought in Italy (but i did the order on the italian site! So under the italian law).
Unreliable site, stay away.

I bought a Sony a 6000 with 2 accessories for the best price I could find on the market and had no problems at all. It was 2 years ago more or less so I dont remember if it came on time but If it didnt, it didnt took long anyway. I did bought an item that I wanted to send back because it wasnt fitting my needs and didnt get full refund because i opened it, but it says on their politics they dont give the full refund if you open the package so even if its stupid, at least they warned me.

I purchased a laptop for my daughter's christmas and received an email couple days later saying it was on the way. I thought, great. A week later I got worried and phoned, got through to a call centre based in asia somewhere who I couldn't communicate very well with. I got told they are dealing with it. Another week later, same story. I got worried that this might be a scam and doubted that I would ever see the laptop or my money again. I contacted my bank and raised a dispute for them to investigate. Meanwhile I noticed there was someone answering questions on their Facebook page. I told them that if I found that it was a scam and I lose my money, I would post a message to all of my ******* followers. They soon shifted and gave me a refund. I can't believe sites like this exist.

I have ordered regrettably from valuebasket.com and thankfully i used a credit card so was able to chargeback and get my money but since the site closed down and they liquidated and I know lots of people werent so lucky. Reading here and trustipilot lots of horror stories. Well maybe this will help some of you, they are part of a hk company called http://eservicesgroup.com and funded by Sun Hung Kai Financial

These guys dont deserve to be in business, they think they can rip people off here in UK and are safe from any recourse in asia. Terrible company and terrible people.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Just absolutely wrong. Reported to the WATCHDOG & ACTION FRAUD. This website will be shut down sooner or later.

I was searching for a new camera and spotted though google shops a super cheap deal but a bad review, next to them though was Valuebasket who claimed to have it in stock and it was only a little more expensive so decided to go for it. I ordered the camera which was and still showed as in stock but their site then said it could take 3-5 days to dispatch, so OK I am in no rush, not sure why it would take that long but OK. Well, 15 days down the line it was dispatched and arrived 2 days after, so OK it arrived but not in a timely fashion, their online tracker would say status like "item is ready to be picked", "Item been allocated", "item awaiting dispatch", "item in final stage of dispatch", "item awaiting courier collection", Item dispatched with a tracking number which didn't work.

I did over this period contact them twice, responses took 48-72 hours. Though their prices are good and it did arrive I was very disappointing with the time it took, it was obvious they do not hold the actual stock but are operating as drop shippers advertising their suppliers stock

I ordered and had the money taken from my account nearly 4 months ago for a lumix camera…I eventually cancelled the order 10 weeks ago after nothing was happening but pathetic emails about it being out of stock, stuck in customs, with 'our' agent…. Still waiting for credit. Camera ordered from valuebasket.co.uk money taken by value basket in Gibraltar phone line in Philipines and apparently camera dispatched from Hong Kong….
It is ridiculous that this site even appears on googles shopping search

I ordered a nokia smartphone lumia 920 on 7th january and they immediately debited the 240 euros from my account. And after days of emails to the customer service with no proper response, they told me that they are doing quality check on m product before sending and then after almost 3 weeks they emailed me saying that the order has been out of stock. So far they had been fooling me saying that its under quality check and out of no where they said its out of stock, LIARS!. And now it has been more than 2 weeks since i have cancelled my order and no sign of refund yet, they are giving same useless replies in email, i will be going to my bank for VISA fraud.
Moral: NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY/ SITE. Instead spend another 50 bucks.
I forgot to check the review of this site before buying. Always do a review check of the site from which you are buying. And avoid VALUEBASKET at all cost for your own good.

I paid Valuebasket £199.99 for a Nikon flashgun on 5th Sept 2013. Their website quoted 3-5 days for dispatch. 6 WEEKS LATER! When it had not even been dispatched I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. They told me I would have my refund in 4-8 days. That was over A MONTH AGO! And no refund has been made. I have now sent this company in excess of 30 emails since the order was first placed. All I get in return is a reply which although polite is full of lies!
I have now checked Valuebasket out on many online review sites and unfortunately my experience of them stealing my money is not uncommon. The internet is littered with accounts of Valuebasket taking an order, and payment for goods which never arrive. In all of these cases the refund is NEVER made!
Their are also my reports of Valuebasket supplying FAKE items, that is when something actually does arrive!
BE WARNED value basket Are a FRAUDLENT company... THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a pair of jaybird blue bud earphones at the start of September as the website said there were 5 in stock in white and 2 in stock in black. In the first week I kept returning to the website as the status of my order was 'not paid' however my credit card statement said I had paid for it. The website insisted that I had not paid for ithe item but I held my ground as the funds had already came out of my credit card. A week later they finally told me that the item had been paid for. I waited for the earphones to be delivered and three weeks later they still had not shipped the item. I continually checked the website and it kept showing that they had many of the earphones in stock. To make matters worse when I originally purchased the earphones they cost 169,4 weeks later (and I still had not received the item) the product went on sale to 159. Worst Internet purchase experience I have had. Still don't have my product and don't know if I'll get it. Warn future shoppers to stay clear
