The Economy has changed a lot these past few decades esp now. Adult work is a bit slower. But there's a very, very small handful of good places where you can still make out ok even if some times are slower or slow. Very decent adult work company. Clients are mostly respectful & you enjoy talking to them. Staff is awesome. They worked with me and super understanding when I experienced 2 tough life changing experiences. This is the only company I know where you log in and you will always make some $. For me US Love has been an absolutely awesome Side Income. You are allowed to be yourself here. Pay, for me, is nice even compared to other companies I've dealt with in the past. Beautiful company I can't see leaving unless they kick me off. Going on 2+ yrs No Complaints. Many "customers" will become loyal phone "friends" and this Clientele DOES TIP esp when you provide Genuine, Understanding, Nonjudgmental, QUALITY calls. Also many times Clientele simply wants to talk and needs a Friend: Not always about XXX.

The pay is low 5.00 per call while they charge the customer 18.00. You get calls but they favor and feed the same girls who are always the same ones in the Top 5-6. Each one of these girls are being fed by the company so it is impossible to compete. They feed the top girls so they start the month at the top every month. It is very obvious. You get a fewt decent calls and the operators are generally nice.

I absolutely love working for us love some of them are mean but I dont pay them any mind I love that we get tips can post pictures blog and text I really love working with them even when I had my son they held my spot for me and it was a easy hire I never log out and we get ti go on breaks when we want to what more could you ask for really and best of all I know begin on my cell phone and you even get to work on your cell phone receive text messages you get to get alot working with us love no hold times just work and money I love it

I have been with US LOVE for 6 Years and I enjoy and love working for them. If I get disconnected from my caller I call the operator and let them know that if my caller calls back I'm available. The tips we get are ours and I enjoy the tips and I enjoy my regular callers. I never have to worry if I'm going to get paid or not they have always paid me on time. This is a wonderful company to work for, and believe me I've worked for some companies that don't pay there PSO's very well but US LOVE does. I pretty much stay logged in all day. If I have an errand to run then I log out. My regular callers are awesome as well. Without them all of us wouldn't make any money. US LOVE ROCKS!. The dispatcher's are great as well. If you want to work for a really good company come to work with US LOVE.

This site is ok to work for but they feed the same girls customers, so the same girls are always at the top. They get calls all day while you may get 1 or 2 at the most. The top girls are fed by this company and the rest might get a few calls a week. They charge about 2.99/min and give you 5 for 15 min... there are much better places

USLOVE is one awesome co to work for. I've been a PSO for 15 years. The gentleman callers are polite. We are paid a nice chunk of $$$ per call and if it is a repeat caller we get a bit more PLUS we get 100% of our tips. We are always paid on time unless payday ends up on a weekend or holiday then we are paid the next business day. I have never had a problem with any of the operators.
You don't want to work for a co that has hold times and pays low. I always offer my customers extra minutes at no charge. I am a real person, I do not hide behind masks on the site nor do i place signs next to me. I am a LADY.

I have worked with UsLove as a talk model (PSO) for 5 1/2 years. This has been a wonderful opportunity for me. Honestly this is a top notch company to work for. NEVER have they missed a pay period and my pay is always accurate. We have 24/7 live operator assistance for our caller's always. Our operator's are the best in the business and are always willing to go that extra mile to assure a caller is satisfied. So, I say this to the gentleman that gave us such a awful review. Please give us another try. We have over 200+ models signed in at any given time. Not everyone's personalities click with each other. So if your not satisfied with how your call is going, hang up. Then call the office tell the operator what happened. She can quickly assist you and reconnect you to another model that would be a better fit. We always do what we can to assure your satisfaction and keep you coming back again and again. I would even offer to you a "free" complimentary call with me. Just call the office and speak with operator Troy, she will be happy to get you over to me. I've worked for this service for almost 2 years. They charge on average 18.00 per call, and pay the models only 4.50 and 5.00 if you get a return caller. They expect the models to take requests at any hours day or night with out compensating them with any more money for doing so. Some of the dispatch women are not very friendly to the models, yet we make it possible for them to earn a living. The site is old and out dated
And needs serious SEO. I do have to say they do pay on time, every time, and do not require any hold times.

This place is great to work for. No average hold time. It's cheaper for guys and the girls get a good chunk of money from each call. Don't work for places that are pay per minute, work here!

Worked with them for a while but gave up. The payout is insanely low at $5 for 15 minutes and the guys pay $18 for 15 minutes. Most on there get maybe 2 calls a day if they are lucky but if you look the same girls getting all of the calls are always on the top. They work directly for the company so get 80% of calls. Guys complain that the so called top girls are old or sound old even though the photos are all of 20 something year olds. Guys do tip although, not at all that often at all, but the odd ones do mostly because they know how big of a percentage USlove takes. They are not busy at all and because they give most of the customers, which is very obvious to anyone looking, to the same girls, most like me leave to much better sites like Niteflirt etc.

... The PSO's at USLOVE totally suck!... especially the older ones, who are absolute man haters ( 40/ 50 yr olds), and cannot maintain any kind of long lasting dialogue while you are trying to get off!... yaaaawwwnnnnn!... believe me when I tell you this... you would be more satisfied talking to a Playboy center-fold pet of the month pinned to a bedroom wall than you would chatting with one of these no talent PSO/ "phone actress" wanna' be's... The "phone sex models" at USLOVE truely suck!... don't waste your $18.00... :). ... out!...
