I should have updated this review some time ago. First thing first - if you purchase anything from US-Appliance, you must follow to the letter their product acceptance requirements. Generally this means that you have a very limited window to respond. If you don't, you will likely be responsible for the cost of any repairs that are required. However, I ultimately found a customer service representative that was very helpful and ultimately resolved my issue. I was able to return my oven and get a replacement. It took finding that right person and to plead my case but they made it right in the end. Saved a lot by using US-Appliance.
Not recommended. You pay 140 for the visit. Then they don't fix it and schedule and appointment an other day. And no show up, no answer phone, no text nothing.

After items were damaged in shipping customer service handled replacements quickly and thoroughly. Will buy from them again and recommend to others.
Be prepared to wait for your order due to Covid product delays (not US Appliance's fault), but the order was delivered as expected and US Appliance provided excellent service and updates during the waiting process. Love my new Weber grill!

Zero stars for US Appliance. This business misrepresented their shipping policy and they are awfully rude. Their representative said that they could split and ship the order as the appliances became available. It was a specific question because I was planning to break down the order into smaller orders for expedience. I was told that they would split the shipments as the items became available. I sent emails regularly to check on the order and request shipping what was available at that time and no one said anything about a charge. All of a sudden months later, they say they will charge a shipping fee each time to deploy the order. Moreover, the manager Ron is extremely ignorant, with his facts and manners. He categorically states that no one said they would split and ship and that the customer heard what they wanted to hear. No, perhaps your colleague didn't understand the question or was not transparent about the policy. Ron didn't look into it or talk to anyone, he just said it didn't happen. There are many emails where the salespeople could have shared this policy but they never did until now. On top of misrepresenting their policy, this business provides a very disorganized and unfriendly customer experience. Ron hung up the phone and said he is "done" because any version of the story other than his is just wrong even though he wasn't in the conversation and didn't check. US Appliance is a disaster and if you buy from them you will regret it. Their website is also misleading with self-selected reviews. Check their Yelp and BBB for the real reviews.

I was shopping on Best Buy's website but when I chose my appliances I did not realize I had been routed to US-Appliance.com. I am a widow and live alone and was expecting my appliances to be delivered, the old ones removed and the new ones installed which Best Buy would have done. I had no idea they would be drop shipped. Had I known I was not on Best Buy's site I would not have ordered. It was difficult for me to get someone to come and help me get the old ones out and the new ones installed. I am happy with the product but disappointed in the delivery method. Perhaps there should be some mention of the shipping arrangements on your website.
Fast, easy, good prices and selection. I haven't opened the box because they are still remodeling my kitchen but I feel confident that I will be pleased with the product.
I was very excited to find what appeared to be a great deal on a set of kitchen appliances. I ordered 1/30/2021 in which 9 received an email stating 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. I called the end of February asking time frames & if I want home would the appliance be left outside? I was informed my appliances would arrive around the end of March, but the fridge was on back order & would be a few weeks later. I called again 4/30 as I still have not heard anything & have not received any products. They now said I should receive them around the end of May & the fridge is still on back order & may be delivered a couple months after. So I have now been without a stove for 3 months. The people I have spoken with qt customer service are friendly. I was informed no appliance place have things available due to covid. I have contacted other places which confirmed they could get items delivered to be within a couple of weeks. Now I don't know if I should cancel my order to purchase elsewhere for more or continue waiting & hope they will not add additional months every month ad it had been so far. I'm very disappointed to the point I'm scared something else will be wrong when/if I get the items.

I want to make sure that the people who deliver the washer & dryer are coming equipt to install it properly and have everything they need to do that.
Do not order parts from USA-Appliance parts. I purchased and paid for a part via paypal and received confirmation that it was in their shipping process. The next morning I received a text message that the order had cancelled. I checked back to their website and that same part was in stock at a higher price. I called multiple times and was never able to reach anyone so I left messages and never heard back.
This is my 2nd time ordering from you. I'm a little disappointed in the delivery people you use here. The last guy almost wouldn't leave the appliances in the garage (easiest access) because it had a 1 inch lip! I helped push the appliances in so he wouldn't leave without delivering the order! Not good!
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful as was Ron who helped me with my order. I look forward to receiving my new cooktop and feel confident that US Appliance will take good care of me.

Had to call twice for delivery date information.
I have had the washer four months (Sep 2020) and it quit washing and stopped draining water out... I called but only a 30 day guarantee. Now I would have to pay them for labor and parts to fix -- I guess I should have bought a brand new one from a reputable company. I see why they do not stand by their junk!

Looked around for new appliances after the appliances in my last appliance suite started to fail. Tried local brick and mortar places first and then went online to check pricing. No price match and they all wanted something for the delivery as well. Overall a good experience and appliances look great.
Haven't received it yet, but awesome site with great prices! We went from checking out sale prices to purchasing an entire appliance package for our kitchen within a few hours!

While the customer service representatives do really try, it isn't worth it. The first time my appliances arrived completely damaged and broken and I was accosted by the driver for trying to refuse them. The second time I paid the extra money to have them brought inside the house and was yelled at by the delivery guys for asking them to bring them in and told "this isn't what you paid for." They then just left my refrigerator on the porch and refused to bring it in. Eventually they did send people back to move it in but I had to miss 3 days of work dealing with it all.
